Conventionally, methods for improving the filling properties of thick molded products include using thickeners, using vinylon fibers of 1 to 6 denier V, and using high-viscosity polyester resins, but there are limits. However, it has not been possible to completely solve the filling problem of thick-walled molded products.

The crosslinking agent used in the present invention can be a room temperature liquid or solid such as styrene monomer, and is not particularly limited, but diallylphthalate monomer is preferably used to improve heat resistance. In addition, the heat resistance can be improved by blending triallyl isocyanurate in combination with a crosslinking agent to increase the crosslinking density. It is preferable that a medium to high temperature type t-butyl pervenger 41% t can be used.
It is desirable to use butyl octoate, dicumyl liver oxide, etc.A, but other additives such as thickeners, fiber reinforcing agents, inorganic fillers, mold release agents, colorants, etc. are also commonly used. It is also possible to omit or remove part of it if necessary. As organic fibers of less than 1 denier to be used in the invention, vinylon fibers, nylon fibers, Tetron fibers, etc. of less than 1 denier-V can be used, and if the fiber diameter is less than 1 denier-M and diameter, it is particularly limited. It's not a thing. Regarding the fiber length, it is preferable to use a hard fiber with a fiber length of 0.5 to 1 fl in order to further improve the filling property. Furthermore, it is desirable that the amount of fiber is 3 to IO weight (hereinafter referred to as RI) of the total amount. In other words, if the width is less than 3, the filling effect tends to decrease, and +o %, moldability and molded product density tend to decrease. Also, the glass beads used in the present invention are not particularly limited, but preferably have an average particle diameter of 15 to 15%.
It is desirable to use a material with a diameter of 70 microns because it improves filling properties. Furthermore, the number of glass beads is preferably 3 to 304 of the total amount. That is, if the ratio is less than 3, the effect of improving filling properties tends to decrease, and if it exceeds 30, the moldability tends to decrease. Then, a small amount of the above-mentioned additives are added to the unsaturated polyester resin, mixed, mixed, crushed, and optionally granulated to obtain an unsaturated polyester I to obtain a resin molding material. The resulting strained material cannot be molded into a molded product by pressure molding, transfer molding, injection molding, or casting.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from Table 2, the appearance of the molded products of Examples 1 to 3 and the conventional example, and the results of cutting the molded products and measuring the filling defects, show that the unsaturated polyester resin molding material of the present invention The performance of the molded article obtained was good, confirming the superiority of the present invention.
