[Detailed description of the invention] <Industrial application field> This invention is a system in which formworks are assembled facing each other with a concrete placement space in between, and the formwork is applied to both assembled formworks as concrete is poured. Of the concrete separators used to support each other in traction against lateral pressure loads, the ears are fixed to the adjacent concrete formwork on each side of the opposing assembled formworks. The present invention relates to a structural improvement of the ear part of a concrete separator which can be locked and fixed to the concrete formwork by inserting a pin in a state where it is sandwiched between peripheral protruding plate parts of the concrete formwork.

<Conventional technology and its problems> In this type of concrete separator ear, after the cast concrete has hardened and the formwork has been dismantled,
The part that protrudes outward from the concrete surface is cut. At this time, if the ear is cut at the concrete surface, the cut edge will be jagged and exposed on the concrete surface. Rust will form on the exposed edges, resulting in an unsightly finish.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the ear portion 1 can be cut at a point slightly inward from the concrete surface 9, and after cutting, the cut edge 1a can be filled with mortar M to embed the cut edge 1a to create a good-looking surface. As shown in FIG. 6, the conical member 6 that forms the conical recess 9a on the concrete surface for finishing can only be slid onto the lug 1 in advance when the concrete formworks 8, 8 are assembled. Generally, a method is used to fit and hold the device. The conical member 6 must be prevented from sliding relative to the ear portion 1 at the position where its outer peripheral edge 6a abuts the inner surface of the formwork 8. Conventionally, the conical member 6 cannot be slid. As clearly shown in FIG. 6, regulation was performed by contacting the end 5a of the reinforced part 5 with the edge 1, but in this case, the end 5a of the reinforced part Due to the machining process, it is not perpendicular to the plate surface and has to have a tapered arc shape when viewed from the side. Play occurs between the slides and the intended slide control becomes uncertain and unstable.
If a gap is generated between the inner surface of the formwork 8 and the outer periphery 6a of the conical member 6 when the entire assembly is assembled, concrete may flow into the space corresponding to the formation of the recess 9a and the recess 9a cannot be formed as expected. I had a lot of flaws.

Further, as a means for regulating the position of the conical member 6 facing the ear portion 1, the conical member 6 is placed on both sides of the ear portion 1, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 52-38928.
While bending and forming a notch at the location corresponding to the installation of the
It is also known that the conical member 6 has a protrusion formed on the inner edge of the elongated hole for inserting the ear, which falls into and engages with the notch, but in this case, the elastic engagement between the protrusion and the notch is Since the positioning is done by matching, a considerably high degree of dimensional accuracy is required between the two, and together with the need to form the protrusion in a special shape, the overall manufacturing process becomes complicated and difficult. However, this method is disadvantageous in terms of cost, and in addition, it is difficult to remove the conical member 6 from the ear after concrete is poured, making it difficult to achieve the desired surface finishing effect.

<Means for solving the problems> The ear structure of the concrete separator according to the present invention devised to achieve the above object has the structure described in detail at the beginning, and the outer end of the ear By cutting out both side portions in the width direction of the ear part extending from the position where the ear is fixed to the concrete formwork and displaced inward from the inner surface of the formwork, the gap between the above two positions is cut out. The width of the board at the selvedge part,
The width is equal to or slightly smaller than the width of the elongated hole for fitting the ears formed in the bottom plate of the conical member forming the recess for filling the mortar for finishing the concrete surface, and the inside of the notch on both sides is At the end position, when the outer edge of the large diameter side of the conical member is in contact with the inner surface of the formwork, the bottom plate portions located on both sides of the elongated hole in the width direction are in contact with the conical member. It is characterized by a structure in which a surface is formed to restrict sliding movement inward.

<Function> According to the ear part structure of the concrete separator according to the present invention having such a characteristic configuration, the bottom plate of the conical member that is slidably fitted and held in the narrow ear part of the ear part, By making contact with a slide regulating surface formed exclusively for this purpose by having notches on both sides in the width direction of the conical member, it is possible to regulate the position of the conical member against the ear and against the formwork. Because of the dedicated regulating surface, the posture of the conical member relative to the formwork can be reliably kept constant without any play or inclination. Moreover, there is no need to make any special structure on the cone-shaped member side to restrict sliding, and it is sufficient to simply form a long hole that fits into the narrow ear part of the ear part. This conical member can also be easily removed by a sliding operation.

The conical member 6 is slidably fitted into the ear through the elongated hole 6c, and the bottom plate 6b of the conical member is in surface contact with the surfaces 4, 4 that restrict the sliding of the inner part. Therefore, after concrete construction, when removing the conical member, the conical member can be easily and easily removed by simply pulling it in the pulling direction. This is, for example, the previously known Utility Model Application Publication No. 52-38923 mentioned above.
It is a unique action and effect not found in the publication,
In this conventional structure, the opening edge of the hole formed in the bottom plate of the conical member elastically engages with the recessed part of the separator body.
When removing concrete after concrete construction, the hole opening edge of the conical member must be spread out in the radial direction to remove it, but since the entire outer circumferential surface of the conical member is already surrounded by concrete, it is necessary to expand it to the outer circumferential surface. There was a lack of space and therefore removing the cone was a very difficult task. Furthermore, if the engagement between the hole opening edge and the recess is made shallow in order to facilitate this removal, there is a dilemma in that during concrete construction, the engagement will be disengaged due to the pressure of the concrete and the formwork will shift outward. According to the present invention, since the structure is as described above, the surface 4 that comes into contact with the bottom plate of the conical member,
4 can be made as large as necessary,
This allows the formwork to be held in place reliably and firmly, but it can also be easily removed after concrete construction by simply pulling the cone-shaped member. Surface finishing work can be done beautifully and quickly.

The slide regulating surface can be formed by a very simple method that can be carried out at the stage of notching and material removal, and the conical part material can also be formed by simply forming a long hole for sliding movement against the ear part. It's good and can be produced cheaply overall.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a truncated conical member made of synthetic resin that is fitted and held in advance so that it can only slide at a position displaced inward from the inner surfaces of the molds 8 and 8 with respect to the ear portion 1 . This conical member 6 is brought into a state in which its outer end periphery 6a is in contact with the inner surface of the formworks 8, 8. To restrict the inward sliding movement of the conical member 6 in this state,
As clearly shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the outer edge of the ear portion 1 is displaced inward from the inner surface of the concrete formworks 8, 8 when it is locked and fixed to the concrete formworks 8, 8. By cutting out both side portions in the width direction of the ear portion 1 extending up to the position to an appropriate width, the plate width d of the ear portion 1a extending between the two positions is changed to the bottom plate 6b of the conical member 6. The width is equal to or slightly smaller than the width D of the elongated hole 6c formed, and the conical member 6 is located on both sides of the elongated hole 6c at the inner end side of the both side notches 3, 3. Surfaces 4, 4 are formed that come into contact with the bottom plate 6b to restrict further inward sliding movement of the conical member 6.
