を簡易にすると共に部品コストを低廉にすること

本考案床下収納庫のレールの設置構造は、四本
の中央レール材1を連結金具2の下部により四角

口直下部3を形成し、各中央レール材1の両端か
ら互いに平行な一対の端レール材4を中央レール
材1と直角に延出して床開口直下部3の周囲四箇
所に収納ボツクス後退部5を形成し、各端レール
材4を取付金具13により大引6に固定すると共
に上記連結金具2の上部を大引6の上に配設され
ている根太7に固定して成ることを特徴とするも
のである。しかして、中央レール材1同士を連結
して床開口直下部3を組み立てるための連結金具
2と組み立てられたレールAを根太7に固定する
ための連結金具2とが共用されており、レールA
を組み立てて床下に設置するのに必要な金具の部
品点数が減少させられ、このため現場においてレ
ールAや根太7などに取付なければならない金具
の数が減少し、一つの連結金具2の取付で中央レ
ール材1の連結と根太7への取付けを完了でき、
現場作業を簡単にすることができるものである。
更に、連結金具の共用化による金具点数の削減の
ために部品コストを下げることができるものであ

る。1は断面略U字状の中央レール材であり、内
部の両側面には複数個の転動自在なローラ8を一
定ピツチ毎に枢支されており、四本の中央レール
材1は連結金具2により内周面側の角を突き合わ
せるようにして四角環状に連結されて床開口(図
示せず)の真下に配設される床開口直下部3が形
成されている。連結金具2は第3図に示すよう
に、L形に屈曲していて略上半分の中央部が切欠
されており、連結金具2の両端部には上下二段に
ビス打ち用の孔9が穿孔されており、中央レール
材1の端部同士は連結金具2の下半分の孔9に打
たれたビスにより連結され、連結金具2の切欠部
10の縁を中央レール材1の上面に合わせること
により中央レール材1を組み立てる時の中央レー
