Abstract

PURPOSE:To position and clamp a microfiche accurately, easily, and speedily at any time by arranging two upper and lower transparent plates so that the end surface ridge part of the opening side of one transparent plate and the opposite side is in contact with or close to the microfiche clamping side surface of the other transparent plate while a fine gap is left. CONSTITUTION:While the upper transparent pate 33 is in closing rotation, the rear end side part of the microfiche F is clamped between abutting parts of the upper and lower transparent plates 32 and 33 and forced by the end surface ridge part 32a of the lower transparent plate toward a reference mounting rule member 35b. Consequently, even when a shock or wind pressure is generated in the closing operation of the upper transparent plate 33, it does not move from a specific reference mounting position easily and clamped stably between the upper and lower transparent plates 32 and 33. While the upper and lower transparent plates 32 and 33 are closed, no opening turning force operates on the upper transparent plate 33 as long as sliders 36 and 36 slide in length section ranges of rear half parts 30b and 30b of side walls 30 and 30 according to the front-rear moving operation of the 2nd movable frame 39, so that the microfiche F is held.

Various methods and structures have been proposed for this, but
A movable type microfiche clamping plate is common. This consists of two upper and lower transparent plates that hold the microfiche in a sandwich and hold it flat, and a transparent plate that supports the two upper and lower transparent plates holding the microfiche and moves it in the plane direction relative to the projection optical section. It has a plate moving mechanism.

The upper transparent plate 33 is closed and rotated. As a result, the microfiche F is sandwiched and held between the lower and upper transparent plates 32@33, resulting in a set state. The used microfiche F is removed by opening and rotating the upper transparent plate 33, and sliding the microfiche on the lower transparent plate 32 toward the front side with a finger on the lower transparent plate 32.

Retrieval of the target image frame portion of the microfiche F held between the upper and lower transparent plates 32 and 33 to the projection optical section may be performed by manual operation of the transparent plate moving mechanism, or by automatic movement control. In some cases, this is done manually. In the manual type, align the index on the transparent plate moving mechanism side with the coordinate position corresponding to the target image frame address on the index plate (each frame arrangement coordinate board) fixedly placed on the League Kasagi machine side. The transparent plate moving mechanism is manually operated, whereby the target image frame portion of the microfiche is located in a position corresponding to the projection optical section and searched for. In the automatic type, by specifying and inputting the address (or number) of the target image frame into the control circuit, the transparent plate moving mechanism is automatically driven and controlled according to the input address, and the target image frame part of the microfiche corresponds to the projection optical section. located and searched.

Regardless of whether the above-mentioned microfiche carrier is a manual search type or an automatic search type, in order to accurately search for the target image frame, the microfiche F must be placed against the lower transparent plate 32 in advance. It is important to accurately position and place the microfiche F at a predetermined reference placement position, and to press and hold the microfiche F in this position with the upper transparent plate 33 as it is.

If the microfiche F is set between the upper and lower transparent plates 32@33 at a position shifted from the predetermined storage reference position, 1
In the manual search type, the target image frame is not accurately searched due to mismatch with the index plate, and in the automatic search type, the automatic drive control of the transparent plate moving mechanism is performed based on the input address of the target image frame. Similarly, the target image frame cannot be accurately retrieved due to the mismatch with the amount.

Microfiche F is a thin and light sheet-like film, so even if it is accurately positioned and placed at the designated storage reference position of the lower transparent plate 32, when you remove your hand or finger, the surface of the lower transparent plate 32 will disappear. The lower transparent plate 32 and the microfiche F placed on it do not come into close contact with each other, and both 32- easily slide on the top and easily shift from the predetermined storage reference position.
A state in which an air layer exists between F and the lower surface of the microfiche is floating above the surface of the lower transparent plate 32, or a state in which the lower transparent plate 32 is tilted to a certain degree or more due to the projection device being installed in an inclined position, etc. When the microfiche F is placed in the
In addition, the impact when the upper transparent plate 33 is closed against the lower transparent plate 32 is caused by wind pressure as well.
The sliding movement easily causes misalignment. Therefore, in practice, it is quite difficult to accurately position the microfiche F between the upper and lower transparent plates 32 and 33 without causing it to deviate from the predetermined reference placement position, and to set it in the clamped state.
There were many cases where it was time consuming.

Therefore, for example, a plate spring member for inserting and holding down the microfish is provided on the lower transparent plate 32 side, and the plate spring presses the microfish against the lower transparent plate surface, thereby removing the microfish placed on the lower transparent plate 32. There have been proposed devices that prevent sliding movement from a predetermined reference mounting position. However, this method tends to cause damage to the microfiche due to insertion and removal between the presser plate spring and the lower transparent plate 32.

The present invention does not cause the above-mentioned problem of microfiche damage, and moreover, the microfiche F can always be precisely, easily and quickly positioned at a predetermined storage reference position between the upper and lower transparent plates 32 and 33, and the microfiche can be held and set. The purpose is to provide products that are devised so that the state can be improved.

Summary: Structure of the Invention [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention is characterized in that a microfiche is held in a sandwich by confining the transparent plates between two upper and lower transparent plates that open and close like a crocodile mouth. In a microfiche carrier of the setting type, when the two transparent plates (upper and lower) are opened, the end face ridge of the opening side of one transparent plate and the side opposite to the microfiche of the other transparent plate. The gist of the microfiche carrier is that two transparent plates (upper and lower) are disposed so as to be in contact with the holding side surface or in close relationship with a slight gap between them.

Specifically, in FIGS. 1(a) and 1(b), the two upper and lower transparent plates 32 and 33 are opened in the shape of an alligator mouth, and the side opposite to the opening side of the lower transparent plate 32 is shown in FIGS. An example of a relationship state in which the end face ridge portion 32a of the upper transparent plate 33 is in contact with or is close to the lower surface of the microfiche holding side surface with a slight gap is shown in FIG. In any of the above cases, the microfiche F to be set is inserted between the upper and lower transparent plates 32 and 33 in the opened state, and the tip side of the microfiche F is brought into contact with the upper and lower transparent plates 32-33. The storage standard ruler member 3 is passed through between parts or between small gaps against some resistance.
The fifth sentence is brought into contact with 35a and its horizontal position is adjusted. Then, even if the microfiche F that has been positioned with the inserted fist is subsequently removed, the tip side is sandwiched between the abutting parts of the upper and lower transparent plates 32 and 33 or between the small gap. , the insertion positioning state is stably maintained.

Therefore, (1) As with the conventional method described above, positional deviations due to natural sliding movement after the fingers are released, same-positional deviations due to tilting of the device, and same-positional deviations due to wind pressure and impact during the closing operation of the upper and lower transparent plates can be prevented. The microfiche F can always be reliably and easily held and set at the normal storage position between the two transparent plates 32 and 33 using a structurally simple means.

T--+-+Also, the upper transparent plate 33 opens and rotates in an alligator shape upwards around the pin shaft 39 as the R rides on the second side JOc. 5, FIG. 9(a)), the opening of the upper transparent plate 33 eliminates the weight of the upper transparent plate 33 on the lower transparent plate 32, so that the lower transparent plate 32 is attached to the pin shaft 51.
The rear end side is lifted and rotated by the force of the leaf spring 54,
As a result, a ridge 32a on the rear end side end surface of the lower transparent plate 32
is brought into contact with the lower surface of the upper transparent plate 33 near the rear end as shown in FIG. 9(a).

Due to this closing rotation of the upper transparent plate 33, the weight of the upper transparent plate 33 is placed on the lower transparent plate 32, and the rear end side of the lower transparent plate 32 is centered around the pin shaft 51 against the upward force of the leaf spring 54. Finally, as shown in FIG. 9(C), the upper and lower transparent plates 32 and 33 are closed approximately horizontally with the microfiche F sandwiched between them. During the closing rotation of the upper transparent plate 33, the rear end side of the microfiche F is connected to the upper and lower transparent plates 32 and 33.
It is inserted between the abutting parts of the upper transparent plate 33, and by receiving a force in the direction of the storage reference ruler member 35b by the lower transparent plate end face ridge 32a, the shock and wind pressure accompanying the closing operation of the upper transparent plate 33 are applied. Even if this happens, it will not easily move out of the predetermined storage reference position, and will be stably held between the upper and lower transparent plates 32 and 33 in that position.

In the above embodiment, the lifting and rotating biasing about the pin shaft 51 on the rear end side of the lower transparent plate 32 is not limited to the leaf spring 54, but an elastic member such as a coil spring Φ rubber member can also be used. . In addition, by setting the position of the pin shaft 51, which is the rotation fulcrum of the lower transparent plate 32, closer to the rear end than the midpoint in the length direction of the left and right sides of the lower transparent plate, the lower transparent plate It is also possible to apply the above-mentioned rotational bias by forward downward rotational force due to its own weight around the fulcrum.

Upper and lower transparent plates 32-33 of used microfiche F
To remove the second movable frame 29 from between, pull out the second movable frame 29 until the sliders 36 of the movable frame climb onto the slopes 30c of the side walls 30.
3 becomes the open state shown in FIG. 9(b). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, the lower transparent plate 32 on which the microfiche 2 F is placed is pushed down with a finger against the elasticity of the leaf spring 54 after centering the bottle shaft 51.
Slide the upper surface of the lower transparent plate 32 toward you with your finger and pull it out from between the upper and lower transparent plates 32 and 33. In this case, since the lower transparent plate 32 has an inclined surface position facing downward, the lower transparent plate 32 The microfiche F, which is moved by sliding the top surface of the plate 32 toward the front side with a finger, has its front side passing above the horizontal frame side 31 on that side, and is moved smoothly without hitting the horizontal frame side 31. It can be taken out and moved. 1st
In Figure 1, in order to make it easier to take out, the upper surface of the horizontal frame side 31 is made into a concave curved surface 31a or a downwardly sloped front surface, and using that surface as a guide, the upper surface of the lower transparent plate 32 is slid toward the front for taking out. This is an example in which the moved microfiche F is deflected diagonally upward.
