片11、リンク13が接触)することを要因として作動
が重たくなる不具合があった。また、枢着ビン12.1
6の固定方法として、図示はしないがリベットを枢着ビ
ンに用いて、挿入したリベットの先端部を面一に変形(
漬す)させてカシメることが行なわれている他、第6図
の部位a・・・で示されるように枢着ビン12.16の
先端をレーザ溶接等の溶着することが考えられているが
、変形時の凹凸、WJ接接時スパッタや盛り上がりが生
じた゛場合、先のリンク13.連結片11に加えて、そ
れらが開口カバー8の内面に強く接触して作動が著しく
