For example, a closed power distribution board in which a plurality of unit devices are housed in multiple stages is constructed with a power distribution box 1 as shown in Figure 1.
The interior is partitioned into multiple levels at the top and bottom by shelf boards 2 to form multi-level unit chambers 3, and a bus bar chamber is formed at the back by a partition plate 4 made of an insulating material, and each unit is housed within this bus bar chamber. A busbar device is provided in which a common main circuit bus conductor is arranged for the chambers using a partition plate 4, and unit devices are inserted into or pulled out from each unit chamber 3 to penetrate the partition plate 4. The main circuit bus conductor can be connected to or disconnected from the main circuit bus conductor through a main circuit disconnection section provided at the main circuit.

By the way, in such a closed switchboard, a conventional busbar device disposed in the busbar chamber includes an insulating support 5 formed with a plurality of concave and convex portions extending in the longitudinal direction of the board surface, as shown in FIG. In each recess of
A T-shaped vertical bus conductor 6 corresponding to each of the three phases is inserted as shown in the figure, and a horizontal bus conductor 7 corresponding to each of the three phases is inserted to the back of the insulating support 5 for each vertical bus conductor 6. A vertical bus conductor 6 and a horizontal bus conductor 7 are provided at appropriate intervals in the intersecting direction, and are in phase with each other.
These two conductors are generally attached and fixed to the insulating support 5 by means of tightening bolts 8 at their intersections. In this case, the attachment fixing part is a hole of a predetermined size provided in advance at a position corresponding to the intersection of the vertical bus conductor 6 and the horizontal bus conductor 7 of the insulating support 5, as shown in FIG. A connecting member 9 made of a conductive material is fitted into the connecting member 9, and the vertical bus conductors 6 and horizontal bus conductors 7 of the same phase are sandwiched on both sides and tightened with tightening bolts 8, thereby connecting the vertical bus conductors 6 and 7 corresponding to each phase. It is electrically connected to the horizontal bus conductor 7.

However, in a busbar device having such a configuration, since only one tightening bolt 8 is used to attach the vertical busbar conductor 6 and the horizontal busbar conductor 7 to the insulating support 5, the vertical busbar conductor 6 and the horizontal busbar conductor 7 are attached to this mounting portion. Since the weight of the conductor 6 is concentrated, there is a problem in its supporting strength, and when installing the vertical bus conductor 6, it is not possible to support the vertical bus conductor 6 alone on the insulating support 5. 6
and the horizontal busbar conductor 7 must be attached to the insulating support 5 at the same time, making assembly work inconvenient. In addition, although the vertical bus conductor 6 is prevented from shifting in the lateral direction by the side wall portion forming the recess of the insulating support 5, there is nothing to prevent the vertical bus conductor 6 from shifting in the vertical direction. Positioning had to be carried out using a jig or the like, which also made assembly work inconvenient. In addition, when this busbar device is installed in a closed switchboard or the like and is actually used, if a short circuit occurs in the busbar conductor, the electromagnetic force (repulsive force or attractive force) generated in the busbar conductor at that time will cause
There was a drawback that the vertical bus conductor 6 was deformed or misaligned.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention improves the structure of the vertical bus conductor and the insulating support, facilitates the positioning of the vertical bus conductor during assembly, and improves the support strength of the attachment part. Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a busbar device that is easy to assemble and can prevent deformation and positional displacement of the vertical busbar conductor due to a short-circuit accident of the busbar conductor after assembly.

With the busbar device having such a configuration, the vertical busbar conductors 14, 15, and 16 can be independently supported by the protrusions at a plurality of locations on the insulating support 17, and then the horizontal busbar conductors 11, 12, and 13 are attached, respectively. Since it is not necessary to assemble the vertical bus conductor, the insulating support, and the horizontal bus conductor at the same time as in the conventional case, the assembly work becomes easier. In addition, simply by supporting the vertical busbar conductor on the insulating support 17, the respective bolt insertion holes will be in a corresponding positional relationship, so that the bolts can be positioned automatically without using a special jig as in the past. This also makes assembly work easier. Furthermore, since the one-phase vertical bus conductor is always supported at multiple locations, the insulating support 1
The support strength for 7 can be increased. Further, even if a short circuit occurs on the bus conductor and electromagnetic force is applied after assembly, the vertical bus conductor is supported at multiple locations, so deformation or displacement of the vertical bus conductor can be prevented.

On the other hand, when installing this busbar device in a closed distribution board, a general terminal block may be installed on the top or bottom of the closed distribution board depending on its use, and in such cases, a busbar device manufactured with standard dimensions may be installed. It is used by cutting the upper or lower part of the At this time, since the positioning of each part during assembly is performed as described above, the vertical bus conductor and the insulating support can be cut separately, and this work can be easily performed.

The invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. For example, if the number of protrusions provided on the insulating support 17 and the number of holes provided on the vertical bus conductors 14, 15, and 16 are further increased and their positions are appropriately determined, short-circuit accidents can occur in the bus conductors. In this case, the effect of preventing deformation and positional shift of each vertical bus conductor can be further increased.

Further, the vertical bus conductor 21 and the insulating support 22 having a shape as shown in FIG. 9 may be combined. As shown in FIG. 10, this vertical bus conductor 21 has cutout portions 23 provided on both sides of a strip-shaped conductor A. The insulating support 22 is provided with a protrusion 24 corresponding to the notch 23 of the vertical bus conductor 21, as shown in FIG. Positioning can be done easily in this way,

As explained above, according to the present invention, the vertical bus conductor is supported at a plurality of locations on the insulating support, and the vertical bus conductor and the horizontal bus conductor are integrally attached and fixed to the insulating support. This not only increases the support strength of the mounting part, but also simplifies assembly work as each bolt insertion hole is automatically positioned by simply supporting the vertical bus conductor on the insulating support. It is possible to provide a busbar device that can prevent deformation and positional shift of a vertical busbar conductor due to a short circuit accident.
