ウターケーシングlに対して位置ずれがしないようにし
である。この動作を必要段数縁シ返すことによシ本搬送
装置内の段数分だけワークが搭載される。ここでモータ
等によシ車輪lOを回転させ移載すべき多段プレスの前
まで本装置を移動させる。本装置のワーク搭載ローラの
各段のガイドはガイドバー4およびリニアベアリング5
によって行なわれ各段の位置決めはガイドネジ12およ
びスプリング6によっている。スパンsu用の動力は油
圧装置11から油を供給し油圧シリンダ9を上下させる
ことによシ行なう。次に本装置のスパン調整について第
2図及び第3図を用いて説明する。2種類の多段プレス
の熱盤間のスパンが広い方に対応するようにストッパー
ナツト13をあらかじめ調整しておき、このスパンの広
い方の多段プレスにワークを搭載する場合は第1図の油
圧シリンダ9を下げた状態にしておくことによシ搭載ロ
ーラ間のスパンはワークの自重及びスプリング6の作用
でストッパーナラ)13の位置によって決tb第3図の
状態となる。一方、熱盤間のスパンの狭い方の多段プレ
スにワークを移載する場合は第1図の油圧シリンダ9を
上昇させることによシガイドパー4に治ってリニアベア
リング5が上昇し搭載ローラ間のスパンは第2図の様に
狭くなシ熱盤間のスパンの狭い多段プレスに対応するこ
