に設置されて流水の圧力木頭を計測する上流側圧力検出
器と、前記弁の流出側に設置されて流水の圧力木頭を計
測する下流側圧力検出器とからなる弁通過流量測定装置
に於で、前記弁開度検出器から出力された開度により予
め設定した関数変換曲線から弁損失係数を演算する関数
演算装置と、この関数演算装置によって演算された弁損
失係数によって前記弁の等価抵抗を演算する等価抵抗演
算装置と、この等価抵抗演算装置によって演算された前
記等価抵抗、及び前記上流側圧力検出器から出力された
上流側木頭値、及び前記下流側圧力検出器から出力され
た下流側木頭値を入力して前記配水管に流通する弁通過
流量を演算する流量演算装置とを具備してなる弁通過流
