使用に適さなかつた。 However, at an appropriate angle (approximately 60 degrees) to the writing instrument.
For normal writing in an inclined state, the stiffness is high because a hard thin tube is used as the pen tip, and the resistance during writing is large, making the writing taste hard and very tiring. It had drawbacks such as a complicated structure and was expensive, making it unsuitable for use.

The end portion 41 is slidably inserted into the thin tube 3 so that its tip protrudes very slightly from the tip surface of the thin tube 3.
It is said that As in the embodiment shown in FIG.
If an elastic tube 43' made of an elastic material such as rubber is provided at the end of the end portion 41 as in the embodiment shown in the figure, there is no risk that the wire body 4 will sink into the ink guide 5 and the center hole 51 It is desirable to have a tight fit.

A bottom portion 52 is formed which is bored in the direction, and the large diameter portion 43 of the wire body 4 is locked therein. has been done. The inner tube 24 of the tip tube 2 is tightly fitted into the center hole 51, and the peripheral wall 53 is tightly fitted between the inner tube 24 and the peripheral wall 25 of the insertion hole 22 of the tip tube 2.
and derivative 5 are firmly integrated. Incidentally, in order to make the integration more reliable, the tip tube 2 and the guide body 5 may be bonded or welded. The end of the inductor 5 is shaped into a conical shape and is thrust into the tip of the ink cylinder 11 to make contact therewith.

復が間隙55のインキを先端方向に移動させる。 In the writing instrument of this invention, the gap 43 between the thin tube 3 and the wire body 4 is so small that the ink flows through it by capillary action, but in the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. It's getting bigger. Therefore, when writing pressure is applied to the wire 4, the pressure can be decomposed into a partial pressure in the vertical direction of the wire 4 and a partial pressure in the horizontal direction, so the end 41 of the wire 4 is Gap 55
The tip 42 is bent inside the tube 3 and the tip 42 sinks into the thin tube 3. When the pen pressure is released, the wire body 4 springs back and becomes straight again, and the tip 42 protrudes outside the thin tube 3 again, and the repetition of vibration moves the ink in the gap 55 toward the tip.

らかな筆記が可能となる。 In the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the wire body 4 presses the elastic cylinder 43' due to writing pressure, and the tip 42 retracts, but when the writing pressure is released, the elastic cylinder 43' and the tip 42 return to their previous positions. Then, the ink moves toward the tip by repeating the appearance and appearance. Therefore, the ink flows out smoothly and smooth writing is possible.

る。 The feature of this invention is that in a writing instrument having the above-mentioned functions, the tip tube 2 and the ink guide 5 can be easily and reliably integrated, the ink flow will not be cut off due to separation of the two, and the thin tube 3, the tip tube 2, and the center hole can be easily integrated. 51 are reliably in a straight line, the vibration or retraction of the wire body 4 is performed accurately, and the ink flow is smoothed. In addition, the assembly process is simple and the cost is low. It also has effects.
