Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1、重ね合せ型の筒形包装材を用いて被包装物を包装す
る包装機であり、上記包装材は折目に沿ってつながる1
対の壁と、上記折目にまたがるように設けられて被包装
物を保持すると共に包装材を補強する1対のフラップと
を有し、上記包装機は組立前包装材及びこの包装材で包
装される被包装物を所定の経路に沿って前進させる装置
と、上記1対のフラップに係合してこれを折り曲げ、こ
のフラップを上記容器の内側に折り曲げる折曲げ機構と
を含み、この折曲げ機構は上記折曲げのために移動する
回転型折曲げ具を備え、上記組立前包装材及び折曲げ具
が共に上記包装機の折曲げ位置を通過する時に、上記折
曲げ具は上記組立前包装材の穴に徐々に進入して上記フ
ラップを折り曲げ、上記穴から後退し、上記折曲げ具は
組立前包装材に係合する部分を含み、この折曲げ具を作
動させる装置と共働して上記折曲げ具に折曲げ運動と後
退移動とを行なわせる装置をも含む包装機において、上
記組立前包装材に係合する部分は回転して開く1対の指
状部材を備え、この指状部材は上記折曲げ具の折曲げ運
動に引続いて開くことを特徴とする包装機。 2、上記共働する装置はカムフォロアを備え、このカム
フォロアは上記折曲げ位置に取り付けられたカムトラッ
クに乗り、このカムトラックは上記折曲げ運動及び上記
後退移動を行なわせる輪郭であることを特徴とする特許
請求の範囲第1項に記載の包装機。 3、上記指状部材は、上記折曲げ具の折曲げ運動中に、
固定された停止部に係合する部分を有し、この停止部の
面の周囲で上記指状部材が相互に開くように回転するこ
とを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載
に包装機。 4、上記指状部材は上記折曲げ具の後退移動時に固定さ
れた停止部に係合する部分を有し、この停止部の面の周
囲で上記指状部材が相互に合わさるように回転すること
を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第3項に記載の包装機。 5、上記指状部材はほぼ同時に回転することを特徴とす
る特許請求の範囲第3項又は第4項に記載の包装機。 6、直線上に位置付けられた類似複数の折曲げ具は折曲
げ装置に逐次作動するように配設され、上記機構は上記
折曲げ装置を1つ以上含むことを特徴とする特許請求の
範囲第1項乃至第5項に記載の包装機。 7、各折曲げ装置は、上記折曲げ位置を通る時に、組立
前包装材及び被包装物の搬送方向の作動経路に沿う作動
運動と復帰移動を反復強制され、上記復帰移動する時に
