The radiant plate B, which is the bottom plate, is made of metal such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, Hastelloy, tantalum, etc.
Ultrasonic waves were irradiated by gluing together a large number of ultrasonic transducers C, C, -- made of different materials such as ZT and ferrite.

Furthermore, since there is a gap between the vibrators, vibration modes other than longitudinal vibration may appear on the radiation plate, and the sound field radiated into the liquid may become non-uniform.

By applying an alternating current signal in the evening, transverse effect vibration (vibration in which the direction of the electric field and the propagation direction of the elastic wave are orthogonal) is generated according to the frequency of the electric signal, and the polymer piezoelectric kmψ and the cleaning tank are directly affected. The cleaning liquid is irradiated with ultrasonic energy by ultrasonic vibration.
