【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、香料から例えば室内に芳香を発散させる場合
、芳香をその発散源である香料から強制的に引き出して
発散させる方法および装置に関するもの〒あり、香料の
効率的な使用を達成しようとするものである。

、芳香の発散が一時的であり、これを広い室内等におい
て長期間にわたり芳香を持続させることは困難↑ある。

から空気を吹きつけて強制的に蒸発を促進させるでとが
行われている。このような方法は香料による芳香を得る
こと以外に、米穀倉庫内で殺虫液を強制蒸発させる時に
も応用されており、上記殺虫液の場合は密閉倉庫内で相
当多量の殺虫液を用いて行うため、ある程度の効果が現
れるが、香料の場合は送風を行っても蒸発力はさほど増
加せず、逆に芳香が送風による多量の空気中に拡散され
て充分な芳香を得ることができない8〔発明が解決しよ
うとする問題点〕 固体または液体香料から迅速かつ多量に芳香を発散させ
るためには、香料表面に空気を吹きつけて揮発成分の蒸
発を促進するよシも、香料を形成する芳香成分を香料本
体の外表面に滲出させるのが効果的である。ところで 
水と溶は合わない液体に水蒸気を吹き込みながら加熱す
ると、液体はその沸点より低い温度で水蒸気と共に溜出
することが知られており、この現象は水蒸気蒸留として
揮発性不純物を含む高沸点物質の精製等に利用されてい
る。本発明は−このことに着目して、香料を一定の水蒸
気雰囲気中に保持させると芳香の発散が大幅に増加する
ことを見出して本発明を完成したー 〔問題点を解決させるだめの手段、作用〕本発明によれ
ば上記の問題点は濾紙等の多孔質担体に含せせた液体香
料または布包装した粉末状固形香料から芳香を水蒸気に
よって取り出すことによって解決される。

速に充満させかつ芳香を帷持することができる。
