It has been generally known that when a magnet is brought into contact with the body, it promotes blood circulation in that area, stimulates metabolism, and is effective in relieving fatigue. Therefore, the development of a magnetic head band that would be effective in recovering from fatigue caused by studying or long hours of office work has been expected for some time, but this has not been possible due to hair getting in the way. The present invention solves this problem and is constructed so that the magnet can easily come into contact with the scalp. The first purpose of this invention is to make it so that the magnet can easily pass through the hair and come into contact with the scalp even for people with thick hair, and the second purpose is to ensure that the magnet does not fall over when the magnetic band is worn. The device is designed to be in contact with the scalp in an appropriate posture, and the third purpose is to ensure that the magnet is always in light contact with the scalp and can be held there, so that it does not feel cramped even when used for long periods of time. . To describe the embodiment with reference to the figures below, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, a band 1 of a head magnetic band made of an elastic and flexible material such as a synthetic resin material is connected to a front band 2 that corresponds to the forehead area and a band 2 that corresponds to the back of the head. The rear band 3 is provided separately from the rear band 3, and both ends of the rear band 3 are extended to provide extension parts 4, 4, and band holes 5, 5 are formed at both ends of the front band.

are connected so that their sizes can be adjusted, or slightly extended portions of both ends of the front band 2 and both ends of the rear band 3 are attached to two positions on both sides of the band 1 using magic bands or other known means. The bands 1 are connected to each other so that the size of the band 1 can be adjusted, a magnet 7 is fixedly provided on the inner surface of the rear band 3, and a square stand 8 is attached to the rear band 3 at an appropriate interval necessary for bending and stretching the band 1. A comb-like square magnet 9 is fixed to the corner base 8, or a corner is formed on the corner base 8 and a magnet is fixed to the tip of the corner. This is provided in the shape of a horn (not shown), and the length of the horn is set to an appropriate length so that it can easily touch the scalp in the case of ordinary long hair, and the upper part around the band 1, that is, the Support bands 10, 10', 10'' that support the band 1 are arranged in a cross shape vertically and horizontally so that the band 1 does not slip off at the corresponding part of the top of the head when worn. ', 10'' can be fixed to the front band 2 and the rear band 3, respectively, or a ring-shaped part 16 can be formed at each lower end as shown in FIG.・The band 1 is suspended and supported through the rear bands 2 and 3, and the support bands 10, 10', 1
0'' are provided with magic bands 11, 11', 11'' or support bands 10, 10', 1 whose lengths can be adjusted according to the user using a known means.
0'', the band 1 is suspended and supported from a support rope that prevents and supports the front and rear bands 2 and 3 from falling (not shown), and a canopy-like structure is installed on the lower edge of the front band 2. A handle 12 is provided.

Since the magnetic band of this example is made of an elastic and flexible material, its shape is maintained after adjusting each part. Therefore, to wear this magnetic band, first place the front band 2 above the forehead. Place the square bases 8 of the rear band 3 on the desired position on the back of the head, place the palms of both hands on each square base 8, and push the square bases 8 into the hair while pressing. By swinging the horn base 8 or the head from side to side, the tips of the horns pass through the hair and easily come into contact with the scalp. After that, the front band 2 is lowered to a desired position on the forehead, so that the wearer can be easily worn. Then before...
The rear bands 2, 3 are support bands 10, 10', 1
Since it is suspended at 0" and does not fall, there is no need to tighten the front and rear bands 2 and 3, and you only need to adjust them lightly so that the magnet lightly contacts the scalp. Band 1 is adjusted loosely and has plenty of room. So band 1
It is easy to put on and take off even if there is no elastic part in the part. However, it goes without saying that a part of the band 1 may be provided with an elastic part. In addition, both ends of the front band 2 and both ends of the rear band 3 are connected with a flexible cloth material or the like so that they can be adjusted, and the support bands 10, 10',
When 10'' is also made of a flexible cloth material, there is an advantage that the front band 2 and the rear band 3 can be folded in half.

3 and 4 show the case in which the number of magnets can be increased or decreased, and the magnets can be moved laterally on the front and rear bands 2 and 3, respectively.
A magnet 7 is fixedly provided on a magnet stand 13 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, a hole 15 is provided in the square base 8 so that several square bases 8 can be inserted and removed through the rear band 3, and the square base 8 can be moved laterally on the rear band 3. The magnet stand 13 and the corner stand 8, which are installed in this way and passed through the front and rear bands 2 and 3, are passed through them in a slightly tight manner, that is, they are so tight that they cannot be easily moved automatically from the position once set. The front band 2 and the rear band 3 are connected to each other so that the size of the band 1 can be adjusted in the same manner as in the examples shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. However, in this example, the handle 12 is not provided. In this example, the number of magnets can be increased or decreased according to the size of band 1 or according to the user's preference, and the magnets can be moved to the user's desired position or any position such as acupoints on the head. It has the advantage of being configurable. Although the illustrated example shows a case in which the front and rear bands 2 and 3 are passed through the holes 14 and 15 made in the magnet stand 13 and the corner stand 8 to be held so that they do not fall down, this is not necessarily the case. The magnetic base 13 and the square base 8 can be detachably attached to the band 1 by other known means.
Of course, it is constructed and installed in such a way that it can be moved laterally to prevent it from falling over.

FIG. 6 shows a case where the front band 2 and the rear band 3 are composed of one band 1.
In one band 1, several magnet stands 13 shown in FIG. 3 are passed through the corresponding part of the front band 2, and a square stand 8 shown in FIG. 4 is passed through the corresponding part of the rear band, respectively. The corner base 8 is provided so that it can be moved and positioned appropriately, and one band 1 serves as both the front and rear bands 2 and 3, and both ends of the one band are attached to the band 1 by known means. The support bands 10, 10', 1 are connected so that their sizes can be adjusted.
This is a case in which the band 1 is passed through the annular portion 16 at the lower end of 0'' and is supported. In addition, in the illustrated example, the square stand 8 and the magnet stand 13 are fixed to a band made of an elastic flexible material so as not to fall down. Although the illustration shows a case in which the band 1 is provided integrally through the band 1, it is not necessarily limited to this. Of course, the support bands 10, 10', and 10'' may be provided through the magnetic band, and in this case, the support bands 10, 10', and 10'' may be made of easily bendable cloth material, etc., so that they can be rolled up when the magnetic band is not used. It has the advantage of being able to be kept permanently in a desk drawer. The magnet is the N
The poles and south poles are arranged alternately to determine the position so that the magnetic force acts effectively, and the manufacture is carried out with permission from the Ministry of Health and Welfare for manufacturing medical devices. Of course. Of course, when manufacturing it, care must be taken to make it as light as possible and to avoid heat retention on the head.

According to this invention, since the magnet 9 is formed into an angular shape, it can easily pass through the user's hair even if the user has thick hair and easily come into contact with the scalp, so that the action of the magnetic force of the magnet is efficient. Therefore, when wearing this band 1, the magnet passing through the hair does not fall over and is always in contact with the scalp in an appropriate posture, allowing the magnetic force to act efficiently. Support band 10,1
The band is supported by 0' and 10'' so it won't fall off, and the band can be adjusted loosely so that the magnet lightly touches the scalp, so you don't feel cramped and your head doesn't get tired when you use it. You can wear it comfortably for a long time.
