For example, in dental treatment, the syringes used to inject anesthetic into the gums for tooth extraction are commonly used with drug cartridges filled with anesthetic, and the needle can also be disposable after each injection. A cartridge type is often used because it can be attached to and detached from the syringe body.

However, conventional injection needles are configured to be attached to the syringe body by screwing, which makes attachment work very troublesome, and when screwing in the needle holder of the injection needle, the needle is attached to the syringe body. The outside of the needle is often touched, which makes the installation process unhygienic.Furthermore, the manufacturing process is troublesome because a threaded part must be formed on the needle holding part. Ta. Furthermore, since conventional injection needles are housed in a hard case made of plastic resin so that they can be screwed in hygienically, they have the disadvantage that the manufacturing cost per injection needle is high.

In Figures 1 and 2, a syringe 1 includes a syringe body 2 and a drug solution cartridge 3 loaded into the syringe body 2.
and an injection needle 4 that is detachably attached to the tip of the syringe body 2. In the case of this embodiment, after the injection needle 4 is attached to the tip of the syringe body 2, the drug solution cartridge 3 is attached through the opening 2a of the syringe body 2. At that time, the rear end of the needle portion 4a of the injection needle 4 passes through the rubber cap 3a at the tip of the drug solution cartridge 3, and the rubber piston 3 at the rear end of the drug solution cartridge 3
The tip of the piston rod 5 is connected to b. Then, in this state, by pushing the grip 5a at the rear end of the piston rod 5 into the syringe body 2 side,
The piston 3b in the drug cartridge 3 can press the drug solution to force it out of the injection needle 4.

Here, the injection needle 4 has a structure in which a needle 4a is penetrated and held in the center of a needle holder 4b, as shown in FIG. The needle holder 4b has a rib 6a on the outer periphery of the front end locking part 6, and has a recess 7a on the end surface of the rear end locking part 7 in which the front end of the rubber cap 3a engages. Further, the diameter of the intermediate portion of the needle holder 4b is reduced to form a fitting portion 8, and this fitting portion 8 is fitted into a hole 9a of a half-split structure of an injection needle mounting portion 9, which will be described later. Several protrusions are provided on the outer periphery of the fitting portion 8, which collapse within the hole 9a to prevent rotation.

The syringe needle attachment part 9 includes a semi-cylindrical holder part 10 obtained by dividing the cylinder into two parts, and a quarter cylinder-shaped cover 11 obtained by dividing the cylinder into four parts, and an arm 1.
2, the lid is attached so that it can be opened and closed freely. The holder part 10 is fixed to the tip of the syringe body 2, and the arm 12 is rotatably attached to a pin 10a held at the end of the holder 10.
The other end of the arm 12 is rotatably attached to a pin 11a held at the end of the cover 11. A recess is formed to form a hole 9a as shown in FIG. 4 so that the diameter of the hole 9a formed between the cover 11 and the holder part 10 is approximately equal to the diameter of the fitting part 8 of the injection needle 4 when the lid is closed. 10b and 11b have appropriate diameters.

13 is an annular locking ring, which is attached to the syringe body 2.
After the injection needle 4 is mounted on the mounting part 9, it is used to fix the cover 11 and the holder part 10. A rib portion 13a is formed on the rear end side of the locking ring 13, and as will be described later, the ring 13 is rotated so that the rib portion 13a is at an appropriate position when locking.

To attach the injection needle 4 to the needle attachment part 9, first remove the ring 13 from the cover 11 in the direction of arrow A in FIGS.
Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the cover 11, which is aligned with the holder part 10, is pinched upward with fingers. At this time, as the arm 12 rotates, the cover 11 moves to the fifth position.
The lid is opened to the position shown in the figure, thereby forming a mounting space for the injection needle 4 above the holder portion 10.

Next, the cover 11 is closed until it aligns with the holder part 10 by the reverse operation of opening the lid. Thereby, the injection needle 4 is fixed with the fitting part 8 being held between the holder part 10 and the cover 11.
At the same time, the locking portions 6 and 7 at the front and rear of the fitting portion 8 of the needle holding portion 4b are respectively locked to the bisecting opening of the hole 9a, so that the needle holding portion 4b is prevented from coming off from the mounting portion 9.

After the injection needle 4 has been attached in this manner, the locking ring 13 is moved to a position covering the holder portion 10 and cover 11. Since the diameter of the distal end of the syringe body 2 is slightly but gradually expanded, the locking ring 13 is tightly fitted as it moves, and the ring 1
The distal end side of 3 fits into the holder part 10 and a part of the cover 11, thereby locking the cover 11 so that it cannot be opened. Further, at this time, the protrusion on the outer periphery of the fitting portion 8 of the injection needle 4 is crushed, so that the injection needle 4 is prevented from rotating.

By rotating the flange 13a on the rear end side to a position where it closes the constriction 3c of the drug solution cartridge 3, it is possible to prevent the inconvenience of the constriction 3c at the tip of the drug solution cartridge 3 getting stuck in the oral cavity when using the syringe 1. .

As described above, in the injection needle of the present invention, the fitting portion of the needle holder is fitted into the half-structured hole of the needle mounting portion of the syringe body, and the openings at both ends of the locking portion on both sides of the fitting portion are provided. Since the needle holder is configured to be locked and prevented from coming off, there is no need to form a threaded portion on the needle holder, and therefore it can be manufactured extremely easily and at low cost.
In addition, when attaching the needle to the syringe body, all that is required is to fit the needle holder into the needle attachment part, so there is no need for the troublesome operation of screwing in the needle when attaching it, unlike with conventional screw-in injection needles, and the device is extremely easy to assemble. In addition, there is no inconvenience caused by the needle touching the syringe body, and it can be installed hygienically without storing it in a hard case like in the past, so it can be stored in a simple plastic bag, etc. It is sufficient to package the injection needle, and therefore, it has the advantage that the manufacturing cost per injection needle can be reduced.
