Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove scale well even from the position where the tube diameter will vary in step by inverting the passing direction of fluid one or two times. CONSTITUTION:In order to scavenge between the ends (a) and (b) of water supply pipe, mixture fluid of air and sand produced from fluid generator 14 is flowed from the terminal (a') of valve box 12 through the ends (a), (b) to the terminal (b') then discharged to the fluid collecting device 16. Then the flow of said fluid is inverted through changeover operation of the valve box 12 to flow the fluid from the end (b) to (a) thus to scavenge between said ends (a), (b). Similarly, it is scavenged sequentially between the ends (a) and (c), (a) and (d), (a) and (e) and (a) and (f) to remove the scale at the step section in the water supply pipe completely thus to finish scavenging work of entire pipe.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a cleaning method for removing scale such as 1^ adhering to the inner surface of iron pipes such as water supply pipes and hot water supply pipes.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method for removing scale from water supply pipes, there has been known a cleaning method in which a fluid containing a mixture of air and sand is passed through the water supply pipe, and the scale is scraped off using the sand or the like.

In this method, the fluid flows along the pipe, so in places where the pipe diameter expands in steps, as shown in Figure 1C-2 (=, part A near the end of the large diameter part (- sand etc. does not collide). There will be areas where scale cannot be removed. In these areas, even if the coating is applied to the inside of the pipe after cleaning, the coating material will not adhere to the area, and the coating will progress in a short period of time, causing damage and water leakage. Therefore, this cleaning method is unsatisfactory for pipes where elbows, T pipes, etc. are used frequently and the pipe diameter expands in steps, such as the water supply pipes in apartment buildings that are dedicated to each unit. It was something.

In order to improve this point, a method has been devised in which the fluid is not simply fed into the pipe (instead of being fed while swirling (Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-11268), This method is also not effective in the parts of the pipe dedicated to each warehouse because the pipe diameter is small.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims to provide a cleaning method that can effectively remove scale even if the pipe is expanded in steps or has a small diameter. I did the polishing work without reversing it and made it 5 by 5.

That is, the present invention is a cleaning method in which a fluid is formed by mixing air and particles such as sand, and this fluid is passed through a water supply pipe to remove internal scale, and the direction of the fluid is reversed. This is a water supply pipe cleaning method characterized by performing the above operation once or twice or more to remove scale from stepped portions within the water supply pipe.

本発明は以上の通りであるから、はじめ第1図のように

Since the present invention is as described above, when fluid is initially passed from left to right as shown in FIG. Because particles do not collide, scale remains in some areas. Next, when the fluid is passed from right to left as shown in Figure 2, the pipe diameter will decrease in steps at this point, and the air in the fluid will move from the large diameter section to the small diameter section with some vortices. Although it occurs, it shrinks and flows smoothly. However, particles such as sand in the fluid do not easily shrink due to inertia and move straight, so they collide with the scale attached to portion A, and this portion A is abraded.

したがって流体の送通方向を1または2回以上適宜反転

Therefore, if the cleaning operation is carried out after appropriately reversing the direction of fluid flow one or more times, scale can be effectively removed even in areas where the pipe diameter changes stepwise (two times).

When the method of the present invention is applied to a section of a water supply pipe in an apartment building exclusively for each unit, it is performed as shown in FIG. 3, for example. In this figure, reference numeral 10 denotes a section of the water supply pipe dedicated to each household, with its mouth ends a, b, e, d, and e.

Connect with d/・e'・1/ with a pipe. The pulp box 12 also has an inlet connected to a fluid generator 14 for generating a mixed fluid of air and sand, and an outlet connected to a fluid recovery device 16. This valve box 12 can send out fluid from any terminal among the terminals J, . . . tJ, and can suck fluid from any terminal by pulp operation. After connecting in this way, for example, from terminal a' to terminal b'
By flowing the fluid from the mouth end a to the mouth end ib, and then reversing this flow and passing the fluid from the mouth end to the mouth end a, cleaning between the bottom ends a and b can be achieved. In this way, the brass pipe can be polished by successively cleaning between each mouth end. At this time, it goes without saying that the fluid can not only be passed from one mouth end to another mouth end, but also have a plurality of inlets, outlets, or both.
