この考案は犬等を繋ぐ紐や鎖に設けるプラスチ

く、また第３図の他の実施例で示す如く、三角形
状に形成してもよく、その全体形状は問わない。
また該外周杆４は中実とし、その横断面形状は把
持の容易性から、第４図イに示す如く、円形状と
しても、また外周杆４の外表面にホツトスタンピ
ング等の加工の容易性から第４図ロの如く略長楕
円形状としてもよい。さらに外周杆４の把持部分
５に第３図で示す如く、その内周外表面を波形状
