Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce occurrence of cavitation by providing a buffering part to the outlet side of a valve. CONSTITUTION:A buffering part consisting of slits 8, circular holes 9, etc. is provided to the outlet side of a valve. With this constitution, regardless of the opening of the valve main body both a disturbance and strong impact action caused by the fluid, which is coming out of the valve main body, are relieved. As a result, and especially by enlarging the fluid-outflow-angle, occurrence of cavitation can be reduced. At the same time, occurrence of abnormal noises can be prevented.

The conventional technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-30850 is one in which a silencing chamber surrounding the wall of the bore is provided in the structure of the valve body, but the present invention adopts such a complicated structure. It is intended to provide a fluid buffer for sound deadening on the outlet side of the valve.

(2) Means for Solving the Constituent Problems of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention arranges slits, circular holes, and slits on the inlet side and/or outlet side of the flow path of the valve. The knob is provided with a fluid buffer in which at least one fluid buffer is provided.

Since there are slits, circular holes, and other buffers on the outlet side of the working valve, the turbulence and strong impact of the fluid exiting the valve body are alleviated, regardless of the opening degree of the valve body, and the outflow angle is especially expanded. By doing so, cavitation is reduced.

Therefore, the fluid is rectified in this part and directed to the outlet in an orderly manner through the slits and circular holes, making it possible to prevent abnormal or unpleasant noises from occurring.

勿論、流体の通過に大きい抵抗を生じてはならない。Of course, it must not create a large resistance to the passage of fluid.
