There is no problem in handling the screen, and printing is easy.
以下に本発明の詳細を実施例に基づいて説明する。 The details of the present invention will be explained below based on examples.

A stainless steel mesh is attached as member 2. Stainless steel mesh is generally used for screen printing, and has a wire diameter of 20 m and an opening area of about 40 μm x 40 μm. Reference numeral 6 denotes a screen using a thin film of oil paper, polyester, etc., and an electrode 4 for forming a printed pattern on the screen 3, so that the screen 3 is sandwiched between the electrode 4 and an ink roller 9 and a conductive member 2. In order to increase the printing speed, a large number of terminals are provided in columns 5 so that a printing pattern for one line can be formed at a time. This is a so-called line printer. A flexible connector 5 is connected to the electrode 4 to connect the electrode 4t- to a source. When a voltage of about 10,000 volts is applied between the pole 4 and the conductive member 20, a discharge occurs, and the period of μsec
Holes 6 are made in the screen 3 in the order of , and a printing pattern is formed. When the ink roller 1 rotates and the screen 3 comes into contact with the printing material 6, the ink 8 from the ink roller passes through all the holes 6 of the printing pattern formed on the screen 5 and onto the printing material 7, generally paper. It bleeds onto OHP sheets, OHP sheets, etc. and is printed.

! Pole 4 has several to f several terminals,
This is a so-called serial printer in which the electrode 4 and the conductive member 2 are repeatedly discharged while the electrode is moved from one end of the screen 3 to the other end to form the entire printed pattern on the screen 3. According to this embodiment, since the electrode structure and power supply circuit are simplified, the device does not become smaller and the cost is reduced.

Since it can be easily manufactured by applying the conductive member 2 to the surface of the ink roller 3 using a spray method such as the Deposition method, it is possible not only to reduce the price but also to have a large degree of freedom in shape.

Not only is the printing system smaller, but the printing cost is also lower, and there is no need to worry about handling the screen on which the printing pattern is formed. Furthermore, since the printing pattern is printed immediately after it is formed, a high-speed printer can be obtained. In particular, it is extremely fast because it utilizes the discharge phenomenon.
