Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、バルコニーの外面に太陽熱集熱器
を任意の角度に簡単に付設できるようにしたこと
を特徴とする太陽熱集熱器の取り付け構造に関す
るものである。

一般に下階の屋根上に設置されるバルコニーに
太陽熱集熱器(以下に集熱器という)を付設する
場合、集熱器を直接バルコニーに組み込むか、バ
ルコニーの外面に付設するなどの方法が考えられ
るが、前者すなわちバルコニーに組み込むもので
は特殊な構造となるため、高価となりまた新設の
バルコニー以外には付設することができないとい
う欠点があり、また、後者すなわちバルコニーの
外面に付設するものとしては例えば実公昭46−
8765号公報に記載されたようなものが提案されて
いるが、この例のように傾斜させて集熱器を取り
付けるに当り、バルコニーにのみ支持させること
は現実上困難な点が多い。何となれば集熱器はそ
の自体の重量のほかに、加熱される水の重量が加
わつてかなりの重量となるのみならず、集熱器に
は風圧がもろに加わるため、集熱器の取り付けを
あらかじめ予定していないバルコニーに取り付け
ることは強度の点で問題があるからであり、この
点を考慮してバルコニーに密接させた状態で集熱
器を取り付けざるを得ないということになつてバ
ルコニーの通風機能を損なう結果を招来するから
である。

する太陽熱集熱器の取り付け構造を提供しようと
するものである。

先端に横設され円柱状取り付け部10bを回動調
節可能に係合させるとともに、受部11aの下方
から固定ねじ12によつて連結固定し(第3図参
照)、また、集熱器10の下端部から下方に向つ
て突出する脚部10cの先端に横設される円柱状
取り付け部10dを前記屋根2上に載置される支
持台13の上面に形成される円弧状の受部13a
に回動調節可能に係合させるとともに、受部13
aの外方から固定ねじ12によつて連結固定し、
かつ、支持台13を前記バルコニー1の外面下部
から突出する補助支持材14と連結して成る(第
4図参照)。なおこの場合、集熱器10の上下端
側の取り付け部10b,10dと各受部11a,
13aとの係合状態を回動調節して集熱器10の
取り付け角度を任意に設定することができ、ま
た、支持台13と補助支持台14との間に介在さ
れるブラケツト15を補助支持材14に対しては
ボルト16をもつて連結し、支持台13に対して
はこのブラケツト15に穿設された上下方向に延
びる長孔15a内を貫通するボルト17及びこの
ボルト17とねじ結合するナツト18によつて補
助支持材14を集熱器10の傾斜角に合わせて取
り付けることができるようになつている。

けることができるのみならず、集熱器とその内部
の水の重量を屋根上に載置された支持台を介して
屋根に受けさせるものであるから、バルコニーに
過大の重量を負担させることがなく、また補助支
持材の存在によつて風等により集熱器に浮き上り
力が加わつても集熱器の浮き上り、がた付きを防
止できるので、屋根に対して衝撃力が加わること
を阻止でき、しかも集熱器をバルコニーの下方に
付設することができるので、バルコニーの通風機
能を損なうおそれがないなどの優れた効果が得ら
れ、その利用価値は顕著である。
