４は管の先側の一部分を切りおとすことによつて
形成した二又部である。５は上記二又部の孔に通
して二又部に固着した軸で、例えば金属製のビス
状のものなどを用いる。６は上記ビスの先側のね
びにねじ込まれたナツトであり、ゆるみ止めされ
てあるものを示す。７は上記軸５により回転自在
に支承されたローラであり、例えばフツ素樹脂製
のものが好ましく適用できる。フツ素樹脂材は硬
質でゴム等と異なり路面の状態をよく伝え、しか
も耐摩耗性に優れ、しかも音が小さく、白色で軽
