【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は寝台等に於ける床部の昇降操作用スイ
ツチ装置に関するものである。例えば病院等に於
いて患者が使用する寝台は、食事や読書、化粧等
を楽な姿勢を行なえるようにするために床部を回
動昇降させて背上げや、恰も椅子の様に起伏させ
るようにしたものや、診察やベツドメーキングあ
るいは患者の昇降等に最適な床部の高さが異なる
ため、該床部全体を昇降させるようにしたもの
や、治療の一環として患者の血行状態等を変化さ
せるために床部全体を傾斜させるようにしたもの
がある。このような床部の昇降を操作するための
従来のスイツチ装置は、ON状態で保持できない
ものが多く、看護婦等が患者の背上げ等を行なう
場合には、所定量昇降させる間ずつとスイツチを
押し続けなければならないので、非常に時間の損
失が大きかつた。またかかるスイツチ装置を単に
保持型とすると今度は少々の昇降では保持の解除
操作が煩わしくなるばかりでなく、床部上の患者
が自分自身で操作する場合には誤操作等による危
険性も生じる。本考案はこれらの欠点を解消した
寝台等の床部の昇降操作用スイツチ装置を提供す
るもので、以下実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する
と次の通りである。

作動カム5の他側には平担部7とその左右側に角
部8,8′を介して円弧部9,9′を形成すると共
に、かかる他側に板ばね10を圧接して保持機構
Mを構成したものである。また第3図aの実施例
は第2図の構成に於ける板ばね10に替つてコイ
ルばね11と圧接板12とを設けたものである。
更に第3図bの構成には第2図の作動カム5の他
側近傍に磁石N1を設けると共に、作動カム5の
他側には前記中立位置aに対応して前記磁石N1
と逆磁性の磁石Sと、その左右側に該磁石N1
同極性の磁石N2,N2′を設けて保持機構Mを構成
したものである。以上の他、スイツチ2,2′並
びにそれらをON−OFFさせる作動部4の構成
は、例えば光の透過、遮断によりON−OFFを行
なう構成、磁気の有無(あるいは多少)により
ON−OFFを行なう構成等適宜で良い。また保持
機構Mも、操作軸3を中立位置a方向に弾発する
と共に、前記スイツチ2,2′がONの範囲に於い
て前記回動位置b,b′よりも更に回動した位置で
保持する機構であれば、以上の他、オーバーセン
ター機構を利用したスナツプ機構等適宜の構成で
良い。尚、図中符号19,20は作動カム5の回
動範囲を設定する案内書、案内ピンである。

帰動作は、前記回動角度θよりも更に所定角度
回動した状態に於いても行なわれ、スイツチ2も
ONの範囲である。しかして操作軸3が所定の回
動角度θに至ると板ばね9は左角部8の左側の
円弧部9に圧接するようになり、従つて作動カム
5にモーメントを与えなくなるので、操作軸3の
中立位置a方向の弾発がなくなる。従つてこの状
態に於いては操作レバー13から手を離しても操
作軸3は中立位置aに復帰せず、スイツチ2は
ON状態に維持された電動機16の動作が継続す
る。この状態からの操作軸3の復帰は操作レバー
13によつて復帰力を与えて行なう。尚以上に説
明した第2図、並びに第3図aの保持機構Mは前
記位置cに於いて単に復帰方向のモーメントを与
えないようにした構成であるが、この他第3図b
の機構で示すように前記回動角度θを越した後
は、磁石N1とN2′との反撥力等によつて復帰方向
と逆方向のモーメントを積極的に与えるようにし
ても良く、かかる機構としてはこの他周知のオー
バーセンター機構を利用したスナツプ機構等適宜
に構成して良い。

てしまうといつた危険性がなくなり、いわゆるフ
エイルセーフを達成することができる。かかるフ
エイルセーフを更に効果的とするべく、前記スイ
ツチ箱1には必要時に前記操作軸3の最大回動角
度を前記角度θ未満に規制する適宜の規制手段
を設けるようにしても良いし、かかる角度θ
上回動させるのに要する力を大きくしても良い。
