により絶縁基板1に取付けられている。また、摺
動子6の中央部にはドライバー溝6dが設けられ
ている。上記座板7は取付金具8と抵抗体2が接
触しないようにその一部が上記穴1aに挿入され
ている。また、摺動子6は取付金具8を介して上
記絶縁基板1の裏側に取付けられた中端子板9と
電気的に導通しており、外部に引き出されてい
る。この中端子板9の一部に絶縁基板1の外周よ
り外側に突出している2個の爪部9aが設けられ
ている。この爪部9aは後述するキヤツプとの嵌
合をなすものである。10は中央に摺動子調整用
ドライバー挿入用穴10aを有する絶縁材料から
なるキヤツプで、側壁には中端子板9の爪部9a
と相対する位置にそれと嵌合しあう係合部10b
を有し、この係合部10bを中端子板9の爪部9
aに嵌合させることによりキヤツプ10は絶縁基
板1に抵抗体2側より取付けられている。また、
キヤツプ10は内部に凸部10cを有し、この凸
部10cが摺動子6を回転させた場合に切起し部
6cと当接して該摺動子6の回転角度を規制して
いる。
