る従来例の縦断面図であって、１は磁石、２は磁石固定
パイプ、４はヨーク、６はフランジ、７は樹脂、８は筒
部を示す。

Claims (3)
- （１）ヨーク内の中心に配設した磁石固定パイプの外周
に円筒形磁石を固着するとともに、固定パイプ内に回転
軸を回転自在に挿通し、磁石外周とヨークとの間に上記
回転軸と一体に回転する円筒コイルを配設したコアレス
モークにおいて、磁石固定パイプに一体に形成したフラ
ンジ外周部をヨークの一端開口部に固着するとともに、
磁石内周と磁石固定パイプの外周との間に充填した樹脂
で磁石と磁石固定パイプとを固着して成るコアレスモー
タのステータ。 - （２）磁石固定パイプのフランジはヨークの内径よりも
径が小さい部分を備えたものであって、フランジの大径
部がヨークに溶接固定され、フランジの小径部とヨーク
内面との間の隙間が、フランジとヨークとの溶接固定部
を覆う樹脂と、磁石と磁石固定パイプとの間に充填され
た樹脂との接続部となっている実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載のコアレスモークのステータ。 - （３）磁石固定パイプのフランジはその外周に筒部を有
して、この筒部がヨーク内に圧入固定されている実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のコアレスモークのステー
タ。
