Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a chromatogram display of analysis data only when an abnormal value is generated, by setting the range of abnormal value beforehand to display a chromatogram showing an analysis value continuously only when the analysis value is within this range. CONSTITUTION:The range of abnormal value of analysis data is set on a CPU3 by operation of a keyboard 1. Then, a sample is analyzed chromatographically with an analyzer 2 and the results are sent to the CPU3 as output signal from the analyzer 2. The output signal undergoes a specified arithmetic processing such as comparison with said abnormal value by the CPU3. A printer 4 prints out the analysis data in a chromatogram display as sent out from the CPU3. With such an arrangement, by observing a chromatogram showing the analysis data in case abnormality occurs, it can be distinguished easily whether the abnormality is caused by factors of an object itself to be measured or interferring components. When there is no abnormality in the analysis data, only numerical display of the analysis data is given and thus, even in the processing of samples in large numbers, this minimizes the consumption of paper for the printer while making data easy to visual observation.

<Prior art> When a biological sample (for example, blood, etc.) is analyzed using a chromatograph (for example, an ion chromatograph) in which the object to be measured is injected into a separation column A or the like and analyzed while being separated,
Analysis results are often displayed as a chromatogram for each object to be measured. Therefore, it is convenient to be able to easily understand the content of the abnormality in the analysis data just by looking at the chromatogram. However, on the other hand, since the analysis results are displayed continuously on the chromatogram, a large amount of charts (paper) showing the chromatogram are consumed, and it can be difficult to convey the desired data from a long chart. be. On the other hand, as methods for analyzing biological samples without using the ROMATOGRA 7/ as described above, the colorimetric method, the light method, etc. are known. However, in the case of devices that are configured to analyze biological samples using these analysis methods, if an abnormal value occurs in the analytical data, the abnormal value and the display indicating that an abnormality has occurred in the analytical data ( For example, "*" mark, etc.) was simply indicated. For this reason, there is a drawback that it is not possible to distinguish between cases where an abnormality has occurred in the object to be measured itself and cases where the object to be measured is normal but an abnormality has occurred due to interference components.

<Purpose of the Invention> The present invention has been made in view of the above drawbacks, and its purpose is to provide a method for confirming abnormal values in chromatograph analysis, which allows analysis data to be displayed on a chromatogram only when an abnormality occurs. It is in.

<Summary of the Invention> A feature of the present invention is that in a method for confirming abnormal values in a chromatography, a range of abnormal values is set in advance, and a chromatogram showing the analysis value is continuously generated only when the analysis value falls within this range. The purpose is to display it on the screen.

<Description of Examples> The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. 1st
The figure is an explanatory diagram of the configuration of a device (chromatograph) configured to analyze an object to be measured, such as a biological sample such as blood. 2 is an analyzer configured to perform chromatographic analysis when the object to be measured is injected into a separation column, etc.; 3 is a central processing unit (hereinafter abbreviated as rCPUJ) powered by, for example, a microcomputer;
, 4 is a printer configured to display the analysis data signal outputted from the CPU 5 numerically in normal times and print it out as a chromatogram display or the like in abnormal situations.

Instructing the device in this manner, a so-called abnormal value range within which analytical data is considered abnormal is first set in the CPU 1S when the keyboard 1 is operated. In addition, the sample is chromatographically analyzed in the analyzer 2, and the analysis result becomes an output signal of the detector, which is transmitted from the analyzer 2 to the CPU 3.

In accordance with the command from 1, the printer 4 prints out the analysis data sent from the CPU 3 in the form of, for example, a chromatogram.

FIG. 2 is a flowchart according to an embodiment of the present invention,
For example, an apparatus having the configuration shown in FIG. 1 can be operated according to this flowchart. Figures 1 and 2
In the figure, first, by operating the keys on keyboard 1 (J)
A range of abnormal values within which analysis data is considered abnormal is set in CPU B. Next, the analyzer 2 analyzes the object to be measured (hereinafter referred to as "sample") according to a command from the CPU 3. This analysis result is C as the detection signal of analyzer 2.
It is sent to the PU3 and stored as a chromatogram in the memory within the CPU1S. At the same time, predetermined calculations such as concentration calculation are performed based on this detection signal. The results of this calculation are printed out as analysis data in the form of a numerical display from the printer 4 based on a command from the CPU 3.

On the other hand, the analysis data is compared with the abnormal value previously stored in the CPU 5. If this analysis data is determined to be within the above abnormal value range,
The chromatogram stored in the PU 5 is read out, and the chromatogram is printed out from the printer 4 as a chromatogram display. Further, if it is determined that this analysis data is not within the range of the above-mentioned abnormal values, the printer 4 does not print out the chromatogram. Therefore, by looking at the chromatogram printed out from the printer 4, it becomes possible to easily understand the content of the abnormality in the analysis data.

<Effects of the Invention> Only when a value of analytical data is entered, a chromatogram showing the analytical value is continuously displayed. Therefore, it is possible to display the analytical data only when an abnormality occurs in the chromatogram. A method for confirming abnormal values is realized. Therefore, by looking at the above chromatogram that shows the analysis data when an abnormality occurs, it is possible to determine whether an abnormality has occurred in the object to be measured itself, or whether the object to be measured is normal but caused by interference components. It becomes possible to easily distinguish whether an abnormality has occurred. In addition, if there is no abnormality in the analysis data, only the numerical display of the analysis data is performed, so even if a large number of samples are processed in routine tests, etc., the amount of printer paper consumed by the printer 4 will be reduced. It has the advantage that the number of data is small and the data is easy to see.
