Conventionally used interior materials for buildings, such as wallpaper (including cloth), cloth for ceilings, floor tiles, etc., have poor insulation effects because they are made of single materials. In today's energy-saving era, it is desirable for this type of interior material to have a heat insulating effect.

In view of this, the present invention was created with the aim of manufacturing a heat insulating sheet in which a heat insulating layer is integrally formed with a sheet for interior material, continuously, automatically, and uniformly. However, the heat insulating sheet of the present invention can be used not only as an interior material for buildings, but also as an interior material for square vehicles such as automobiles, trains, and airplanes, as well as for roofing materials, rain gutters, and dew condensation prevention materials.

In the figure, 1 is a foam sheet extrusion device that continuously produces foamed synthetic resin heat insulating sheets that have a predetermined heat insulating effect, and mixes gas into the required synthetic resin material. The material is extruded into a cylindrical shape from a die 2 provided at the tip of the device, and a part of the cylindrical extruded material is cut by a mandrel 3 provided in front of the die to form a multi-stage expansion device 4. Then, it is shaped into a flat plate, that is, a sheet having the required thickness and width. In order to perform this extrusion and sheet-like formation continuously and smoothly, a take-up machine 5 is provided in front of the unfolding device 4 and adjacent to the unfolding device, and has rolls facing each other so as to sandwich the sheet. The heat insulating sheet that has been turned into a sheet is taken out one by one.

This front sheet S1 may be a synthetic resin sheet or a thin iron plate that is wound into a coil and rewound. This first ramie device 6 includes a guide roller 61 that guides the front sheet S1 to the heat insulating sheet line, a preheating guide roller 62 that preheats the sheet after passing through the guide roller 61, and a guide roller 63 provided on the heat insulating sheet line. and two opposing pressure rollers 64 that press and bond both sheets S, S1 with a required pressure, and the pressure rollers 64,
It consists of an adhesive coating device 65 disposed above the device 64, and an extruder 66 is connected to the adhesive coating device.
Then, the adhesive material is extruded in a thin film form over the entire width of the sheet, and both sheets S, S1 are integrally joined via the adhesive layer S3 using pressure rollers 64, 64 to form the required heat insulating sheet (PVe, LD or
HDPE, PP PS resin, etc.).

When used as wall or ceiling materials, it can be used as a two-layered material consisting of a heat insulating sheet and a top sheet as described above, but if the adhesive surface is uneven and it is difficult to directly bond the heat insulating sheet, or if the In cases where load-bearing properties and abrasion resistance are to be maintained as a material, a backing sheet S2 is also adhered to the back side of the above-mentioned two-layer sheet, that is, the heat insulating sheet surface, to form a three-layer sheet. in this case,
This is performed in the first ramie device 7 which is disposed adjacent to the front side of the first ramie device. This second ramie device transfers the sheet formed in two layers in the first ramie device 6 to a guide roller 71 and a preheating guide roller 7.
2, and after performing the necessary preheating, the pressure roller 7 is placed with the back side of the heat insulating sheet facing up.
3 and 73, facing an adhesive coating device 74 disposed above the roller. Then, from this adhesive coating device 74, the adhesive material that will become the adhesive is extruded in a thin film form over the entire width of the sheet. The adhesive layer S4 and the other nozzles provided in parallel with this adhesive nozzle are used to coat the material that will become the back sheet. A back sheet layer S2 is extruded at the same time as the adhesive material, and the sheet is formed into three layers S, S1, and S2 through the adhesive layer S4 with this back sheet layer S2 on the outside. If the floor tile is formed in one piece, it is cut into a fixed size using a cutting device 8, or if it is a wall material or ceiling material, it is wound up as a long length using a winding machine.

According to the present invention, a top sheet made of a desired material, a foam insulation sheet, and a back sheet as required are laminated together continuously in an automated integrated line. It can be manufactured at a low cost because it can be manufactured in two layers, and it can be made into two or three layers with a heat insulation layer depending on the application, so it is possible to obtain interior materials with excellent heat insulation effects.
It has the advantage of contributing to energy saving.
