Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit to set the molding condition simply and surely in a short period of time by a method wherein a set memory for setting the molding condition and a molding condition file memory are provided in a nonvolatile memory. CONSTITUTION:The set memory M1 and the molding condition file memory M2 are provided in the nonvolatile memory. The set memory M1 memorizes various kinds of molding conditions 1-n, which are set from a MD (i) and a CRT8, and the molding condition file memory M2 memorizes the molding conditions, set in the set memory M1, as a set condition file while respective molding conditions 1-n, including a mold to produce a molded product, a resin to be used in the molding or the like, are memorized as respective molding condition files 1-m. Accordingly, when a new molded product is to be manufactured, the molding conditions may be set by only transferring the molding condition file from the molding condition file memory M2 into the set memory M1, therefore, the molding conditions may be set very quickly with no mistake.

に記憶された成形条件1〜nによって射出成形機は制御
されることとなる。成形条件ファイルメモリM2は上記
設定メモリM1で設定された成形条件を成形条件ファイ
ルとして記憶するメモリで、成形品を作成される金型や
使用する樹脂等を合わせて各成形条件1〜nが各々成形
条件ファイルとして1〜Il記憶するものであり、成形
条件ファイルのメモリ容量は最大の成形条件数に合わせ
て各々設けられている。

し、ソフトキーの呼出しを入力すれば成形条件ファイル
2が設定メモリM1に転送され記憶されて、CPU3は
この設定メモリM1に記憶された成形条件1〜nに従っ
て射出成形処理を行うこととなる。

できる。また、成形条件を記憶したフロッピーディスク
等の外部メモリも必要なく非常に便利である。
