The purpose of this is a mounting device that absorbs the contraction or expansion difference between the building frame and the insulation material, does not create gaps or cracks in the installed insulation board, prevents damage to the insulation board, and maintains high insulation performance over a long period of time. It is to propose.

久性が劣る欠点があつた。 Conventionally, in buildings such as cold storage warehouses where the interior is extremely cold, insulation boards are laid out on the indoor side of the building blocks, and these are fixed to the building blocks with adhesive or fixed with bolts protruding from the building blocks. and installed it. However, when the temperature inside becomes low and the temperature difference between the heat insulating board and the frame located outside becomes large, the shrinkage of the heat insulating board exposed to the low temperature causes a dimensional difference between the heat insulating board and the frame. For this reason, strain stress acts on the insulation boards, creating gaps or cracks between the insulation boards, or causing the insulation boards to fall off due to damage to the adhesive or locking parts. The drawbacks were a decline in insulation performance and poor durability.

The heat insulating plate 3 is attached to the frame 1 by screwing them together and fastening them relatively loosely. The inner diameter of the insertion hole 4 is the same as that of the mounting rod 2.
The gap between the insertion hole 4 and the mounting rod 2 is filled with an elastic member 7 made of low-density polyethylene foam.

る。 Since this mounting device has the above-described configuration, even if the heat insulating plate 3 contracts and a shrinkage difference occurs between it and the frame 1, it is absorbed by the gap in the insertion hole 4, and the elastic member 7 stuffed into this gap is easily deformed, so no large strain stress acts on the heat insulating plate 3. Therefore, there will be no gap between the joined end faces of the heat insulating plates, no cracks, and no damage to the fixed portions. Moreover, the elastic member 7 is stuffed into the space of the insertion hole 4, so that the deterioration of the heat insulation properties of this portion can be prevented. Note that it is possible to use heat insulating bolts for the mounting rod 2, or to add a material with low thermal conductivity to the protruding part, or to use a long support bar for the seat plate 5, or to use a long support plate for the seat plate 5 and nuts 6. A plastic member with low thermal conductivity can be selected at any time.

As the stretchable member, flexible polyurethane, flexible polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ionomer, low-density polyethylene foam, etc. are suitable as they have stretchability and heat insulation properties.

A plurality of heat insulating plates 3 are arranged side by side with their end faces joined to each other, and are attached to the wall frame 1 via mounting rods 2 protruding from predetermined positions on the wall frame 1. Layout insulation board 3
A heat insulating wall is constructed by interposing an elastic member 8 made of low-density polyethylene foam in contact with the end face and between adjacent members.

There are no gaps around the periphery either. Therefore, the insulation performance does not deteriorate and it can withstand long-term use.
