系を示す概要図、第２図はこの考案の一実施例である半
導体レーザ光束台波装置の部分を裁断面で示した光学系
の光路図である。 図中、１１は再生・記録用（記録専用）の半導体レーザ
光源、１２は再生専用の半導体レーザ光源、１３，１４
はコリメータレンズ対、１５は光学系ユニット、１６は
合波プリズムを示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ２つ以上の半導体レーザ光源と、コリメータレンズ対を
    固着するための貫通孔を備えた光学系ユニットに対して
    前記光学系ユニットから出射された２つ以上の光束を所
    定の方向に偏光する合波プリズムを固定し、前記光学系
    ユニットを合波プリズムの熱膨張係数に近い材料で、か
    つ、熱伝導性の高い材料で形成したことを特徴とする半
    導体レーザ光束合波装置。
