(Prior Art) Various proposals have been made regarding conventional flat cloth winding devices. For example, a method has been proposed (Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-6170) in which a sponge is conveyed by a conveyor with a winding sheet interposed therebetween, and the winding sheet is manipulated midway through the process to wind up the sponge around its leading edge. Another method is to place flat bread dough on a rolling sheet, form partial loops on the sheet, hold the loops at an appropriate height above the supporting surface, and roll up the dough by moving the loops (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-11912-1). 129926) has also been proposed.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the above-mentioned methods for rolling up flat fabrics are all based on repeated operations at the same location, and the fabric is continuously transferred by inserting a core material or removing the core material. It was difficult to involve them without them.

In particular, each of the above-mentioned methods requires an auxiliary member for the conveying member, such as a suction tool, and has to be caused to move in a predetermined manner, making it difficult to improve the winding efficiency.

(Means for Solving the Problems) However, the present invention is such that one end of the winding member is attached to the middle part of the parallel conveying member installed in an annular configuration, and a reversing part of the conveying member is provided at the direction changing part of the annular installation part. Therefore, flat dough can be rolled up one after another.

The winding member mentioned above is, for example, a blind made of thin rigid rods knitted with soft threads, and is attached so that the rigid rods of the blind are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the conveying member.

There, Dare is free to get caught up in the direction of travel, but
It is difficult to bend in the direction perpendicular to the direction of travel. Therefore, even if rigid wires are sandwiched in parallel between two synthetic resin sheets,
It has the same effect as blinds. Further, as the conveyance member, a wire, a string, or a belt can be considered.

In addition, by providing a material supply section on the flat part of the annular construction section, it is possible to supply not only flat dough (confectionery dough, seaweed or other edible sheets), but also one or more types of core material and other foods for rolling. We can supply to you.

(Function of the invention) - That is, according to the present invention, one end of the blind or similar winding member is fixed to the conveying member, and the other end is left free, so even if the winding diameter rapidly increases during winding, the blind can be easily followed. The rolled up product is separated from the bamboo blinds by its own weight and transported to the next process.

2b and 2c, and constructed in a trapezoidal shape as shown in the first figure. Between the roller chains 1 .
is interposed and fixed on both sides of its tip (advance direction end), but the rear end is not fixed. In this way, the sag 5 is sequentially attached at predetermined intervals. On the upper side of the lower flat part (horizontal part) of the erection part of the roller chain 1.1a,
A supply device 7 for dough 6 (for example, sponge dough, crepe, etc.) is installed, followed by a quantitative supply device 9 for sauces 8. Further, a belt conveyor 10 is installed parallel to the lower part of the flat part so that the blinds 5 can be moved while being supported horizontally. A reversing section 11 is provided in front of the erected portion of the roller chain 1.1a, and the roller chain 1.1a is configured to reverse circularly over 270 degrees and take a return trip. The operation of the above embodiment will be explained. On the right side of Figure 1,
The fabric is fed one by one onto the bamboo blind 5 from the fabric feeding device 7. Then, from the quantitative supply device 9 for the sauces 8, the sauces 8
Layer it on top of fabric 6. The sauces 8 are supplied in a continuous thin layer or intermittently in a predetermined thickness. Next, the bamboo blind 5 on which the dough with sauce is placed is roller chain 1.1.
As the step a progresses, the fabric 6 moves forward as indicated by the arrow 12 in FIG. 1 and enters the reversing section 11. As shown in FIG. , and then it is rolled up into a spiral as shown in Figures 5 and 6. In this case, up to the state shown in FIG. 6, the free end (rear end) of the blind 5 is 1° above the belt conveyor, but the roller chain 1
As it moves further forward, the blind 5 separates from the top of the belt conveyor 1o and becomes free, and is released from the rolled material 6a as shown in FIG.

Therefore, the rolled material 6a falls due to its own weight as shown by arrow 13 and is sent to the next process.

On the other hand, the blind moves forward as the roller chain advances, and if necessary, passes through the cleaning device 14 and is prepared for the next use.

(Effects of the Invention) That is, according to the present invention, one end of each independent winding member is attached at a predetermined interval to the intermediate part of a conveying member installed in a ring shape at a predetermined interval, and the conveying member is attached to the direction changing part of the annular installation part. Since the reversing part of the member is provided, when a cloth or the like is placed on the winding member and the conveying member is advanced, the cloth is automatically rolled up in a spiral shape, the free end of the winding member comes off, and the rolled dough is removed. It will come off the winding member and fall out of the system.
