When the plating solution becomes sufficient, the plating solution adhering to the object to be plated gets mixed into the next plating tank, causing deterioration of the solution and defective plating, which causes many problems in the plating process.

した自動鍍金装置に関するものである。 In order to solve these problems, the present invention has a method in which, when washing an object to be plated, the object to be plated is immersed in a washing tank and then pulled up into the air, and the dirty washing water inside the object to be plated is once discharged into the washing tank. , relates to an automatic plating apparatus which is immersed in a washing tank again and washed again with washing water to enhance the washing effect.

In automatic plating equipment, immersion is considered as one cycle.
In order to improve the washing effect of the object to be plated in the water washing tank, after descending and dipping, the process of rising, descending and dipping is repeated.

Then, the drive chains 3, 3' are temporarily stopped again. At this time, the plated body 11b
The trochanter 12b hits the descending rail 19, and the weight 2
0, lower the descending rail 19 and make it horizontal,
The trochanter 12b remains on the seat. Next, the elevating frame 13 descends, and although the hanger 7 hits the cushion body 24 and the hanger rod 9 stops, the elevating frame 1
3 further descends and stops at position H2 . During this time, the descending rail 19 is disengaged from the trochanter 12b and stands upright due to the weight 20, while the ascending rail 22 is raised against the trochanter 12e, and the object to be plated 11a enters the washing tank 17'. The state shown in Figure 6 is reached, and plating and washing are performed in their respective tanks.

a and 11f rise, and the plated body 11e does not lift the trochanter 12e, as the lifting rail 22 that is in contact with the trochanter 12e rises and becomes horizontal due to the weight of the weight 23. Plating body 11b,
11c, 11d, and 11e accumulate in the plating tank 16, resulting in the state shown in FIG. Well, let's continue.
Then, the elevating frame 13 descends again, and the hanger 7 hits the cushion body 24 and stops, but the elevating frame 13

る発明である。 As described above, in the present invention, the trochanter 12 that can be supported by the support rail 15 is provided at one end of the hanger 7 that moves up and down along the carrier 5 by the up and down movement of the elevating frame 13 provided with the support rail 15, and the trochanter 12 is provided at the other end. The object to be plated 11 is freely suspended, and the drive sprocket wheels 2, 2' are endless, and the drive chains 3, 3' that move intermittently are provided with a plurality of carriers 5, 5'... at appropriate intervals. In an automatic plating apparatus in which an appropriate number of washing tanks 17, 17', etc. are installed around the plating tank, a notch is cut out in the support rail 15 above the plating tank, and a weight 20 is attached to one of the notches [inlet side of the trochanter 12]. When the descending rail 19 is horizontal, the descending lever 18, which keeps the descending rail 19 always standing, is connected to the support rail 1.
5. A lifting lever 2 which is provided flush with the upper surface and has a weight 23 on the other side of the notch [on the exit side of the trochanter 12] so that the lifting rail 22 is always horizontal.
1 to the support rail 15 when the rising rail 22 is horizontal.
The ascending rail 22 is provided so as to be flush with the upper surface, and the ascending rail 22 is made longer than the descending rail 19, and the descending stop position of the elevating pedestal 13 is set at two stages, and the length of the ascending rail 22 is equal to that of the elevating gantry 13. Stop position H1 at the lowest point of descent and lower surface position of trochanter 12 when it stops descending
By making the interval shorter than H 3 , plating can be continued in the plating tank without repeating rising and falling immersion of the object to be plated, while the washing tank can repeat rising and falling immersion. Since sufficient water washing can be performed before and after, it is possible to eliminate causes such as the liquid adhering to the plated object getting mixed into the next plating tank and deteriorating the liquid or causing poor plating, increasing efficiency. This invention has many features such as being both practical and economical, and has very excellent effects in industrial applications.

特徴とする自動鍍金装置におけるハンガー昇降装
置。1 A trochanter 12 that can be supported by the support rail 15 is provided at one end of the hanger 7 that moves up and down along the carrier 5 by the up and down movement of the elevating frame 13 provided with the support rail 15, and the object to be plated 11 is mounted at the other end. In an automatic plating apparatus, a plurality of carriers 5, 5', etc. are installed at regular intervals on a drive chain 3, 3' that moves intermittently, and a suitable number of plating tanks and washing tanks are installed around the upper part of the plating tank. Cut out the support rail 15 of
A lowering lever 18 is provided on one side of the notch [on the inlet side of the trochanter 12] so that the lowering rail 19 always stands up using a weight 20, so that it is flush with the upper surface of the support rail 15 when horizontal. the other [trochanter 1
2 exit side] is provided with a lifting lever 21 using a weight 23 to make the lifting rail 22 horizontal, so that it is flush with the upper surface of the support rail 15 when it is horizontal, and the length of the lowering rail 19 is set as follows. When the elevating frame 13 is lowered, the trochanter 1 is lowered either when the lowering stop position is at the lowest stop position H1 or at H2 when halfway lowered.
2 so that the descending rail 19 returns to the upright state without hitting the rail 19, and if the descending stop position of the elevating frame 13 is at H 2 during the halfway descent, the length of the ascending rail 22 should be adjusted so that it rises to the trochanter 12. If the rail 22 hits and does not return to the horizontal position and is at the lowest stop position H 1 , the trochanter 12
The length of the ascending rail 22 is adjusted so that the ascending rail 22 is removed and becomes horizontal.
A hanger elevating device for an automatic plating apparatus, characterized in that the distance is shorter than the distance between the stop position H1 when the trochanter 12 is at its lowest point and the lower surface position H3 when the trochanter 12 stops descending.
