順次側板の端縁を喰い込ませ第4図ロのように偏
平状となる。このようにして側の長方向全長に亘
つて形成したる後、次に偏平状になつた側板端縁
cと受ローラ13と屈曲形成ローラ8の溝8A間
に挿入するようにしてハンドルHにて上記ローラ
8を回動せしめれば端縁cが第4図ハのように底
板外面側にV溝の傾斜面に沿うように折り曲げら
れる。次に屈曲形成ローラ8をV溝が外側になる
ように反転させると共に上下に対峙している両ロ
ーラ8,13及び押ローラ15の三点間に第4図
ハのように形成したる端縁cを挾持させ屈曲形成
ローラ8を回動せしめて噛みこませると端縁cは

下に対向する両ローラ8,13の対接面側方に上
記揺動台上にブラケツト16にて揺動自在に設け
た摺動杆17の先端に突設した押ロール15を対
向して設け、この押ロール15を屈曲形成ロー
ル、受ロール側への押圧力を調整するため、揺動
台上に設けたねじ杆先端を上記摺動杆後端を押圧
するようにし、之等三ロールの協働にて、とい端
縁を屈曲形成するようになしたる金属製といの形
