  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 リアシートの後方にカーゴルームが形成された自動車に
    おいて、 前記カーゴルームは、車体後部の開口部に設けられた蓋
    部材によって覆われ、 前記リアシートのシートバックは、起倒自在とされて起
    立位置と前倒位置とをとり得るようにされ、 前記シートバックを前記起立位置に保持するロック装置
    が設けられ、 前記ロック装置は、前記蓋部材を開作動させたときにロ
    ック解除されるように該蓋部材と連動されている、 ことを特徴とする自動車のシート装置。
