Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an integrally constructed tiltable gravity die casting machine which does not require a wide space and place by the constitution consisting in attaching a ladle to a pouring machine of the gravity die casting machine and tilting simultaneously the mechanism and ladle to pour successively a molten metal from the ladle to a sprue in the stage of casting. CONSTITUTION:The tiltable gravity die casting machine 1 is imposed on a frame 7 in proximity to a furnace 5 and the ladle 3 is raised up to the sprue 4 by the pouring mechanism 2 to ladle the molten metal 6. The casting machine 1, the pouring mechanism 2 and the ladle 3 are simultaneously tilted in an arrow direction to pour successively the molten metal 6 from the sprue 4 into the dies. The desired gravity die casting machine which does not require the wide space and place and does not require the simultaneous administration of both the ladle and pouring basin of the pouring mechanism is thus obtd.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a tiltable gravity mold casting machine with a side-mounted pouring machine of integral structure.

Conventionally, in the case of tiltable gravity mold casting, a pouring machine was used to pour the metal into the mold, but these were separate units. For this reason, the ladle of the pouring machine and the molten metal reservoir for sequentially pouring the molten metal into the mold had to be separate parts. This has disadvantages in that it requires a large space and location, and that both the ladle of the pouring machine and the molten metal reservoir must be managed at the same time.

本発明は上記の種々な゛欠点を除き、一段と改良したも
のである。
The present invention eliminates the various drawbacks mentioned above and is a further improvement.
