Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a linear material constituent in a good form with a simple operation by arranging a linear material frame loaded on an indented V-form grooves of plurality being restrained therewith and a rod of linear material at proper positions for assembling, and by lowering an upper electrode to a lower electrode to weld a joint of the linear material. CONSTITUTION:A frame X of a linear material and a rod Y of a linear material are loaded on a tooth form frame 2 with a plurality of V form indented groove 2a of a linear material saucer A float-supported by a spring 17 on a traveling device B, being restrained by side plates 27, 28, and then hold down and tie up 7 by a holding material 13. The both linear materials X, Y are arranged and fixed at proper assembling positions. The linear material saucer A on a rail C is inserted between upper and lower electrodes 33, 31, and the upper electrodes 33 is lowered to hold down the linear material saucer A by a protruding part 36 so as the linear material frame X contacts the lower electrode 31, and the upper electrode 33 is further lowered so that the contacts of the linear material X, Y are held down to transmit current for welding. As a result, a linear constituent is manufactured as a good form by a simple operation. Further, a synthetic resin good for welding may be used also for the linear material to be processed.

Since each welding part of this wire rod structure is located close to the end of each wire frame, during welding operations, the contact point of the wire frame with respect to the wire frame tends to shift or fall, making it difficult to join at the designed position. there were. For this reason, in practice, each wire frame for welding is formed in advance to be longer than the required dimensions,
A method has been adopted in which, after welding, unnecessary parts protruding from the welded portion are removed by cutting.

The wire tray device A is composed of a tray portion 1 and a lid portion 11 (FIG. 2). As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the saucer portion 1 includes a tooth-shaped frame 2 having a plurality of V-shaped recessed grooves 2a formed in the upper part thereof in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. 3
They are arranged parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other. Note that 2b is a protrusion, and the circumscribed width between each tooth frame 2 and the floor wall board 3 is configured to be shorter than the width of the target wire frame X, that is, the length of the wire rod Y. Further, on the saucer part 1, there is provided an abutment 4 supported on the floor wall board 3 at a position between each of the toothed frames 2 via support springs 5 as elastic bodies. Each spring 5 has a core shaft 6 penetratingly disposed vertically above the floor wall board 3, thereby limiting the movement of the support 4 only in the vertical direction. Further, the support spring 5 is set so that the surface of the support base 4 is between the valley position of the concave groove portion 2a and the top position of the protrusion portion 2b. Further, a locking device 7 with a locking ring 7a is provided at the center on one side wall surface of the saucer portion 1. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the lid portion 11 has
It is connected via a hinge 10 on the other side wall surface of the saucer part 1, and the upper surface of the saucer part 1 is opened and closed via this hinge 10. In addition, two fixing devices 12 are provided on the front and rear side walls 11b and llb surface of the lid portion 11, respectively, and the corresponding concave grooves 2 of each tooth frame 2 are provided.
a... are arranged corresponding to the positions to be pressed when closing the lid with respect to the wire frame X placed on the saucer portion 1. As shown in FIG. 5, this fixing device 12 is disposed on the lid part 11 via a fixing box 20, and a fixing claw is attached to the lower end of the fixing box 20 through a support plate 24 to a perforation on the lower surface of the fixing box 20. A core shaft portion 22 having a diameter 21 is disposed in an inserted manner, and a locking head 23 is formed at the upper end of the core shaft portion 22 . Further, a spring 25 is provided in a wound manner on the portion of the core shaft portion 22 that is exposed to the outside. Also, the fixed claw 21
is formed to have a beveled edge 21&, and is arranged in the lid portion 11 so that the normal line to this beveled edge 21& faces outward. As a result, when the fixing claw 21 is pressed from above to the wire frame An acting force is generated on the fixed claw 21 based on the elasticity of the fixed claw 21, and the contact position of the oblique edge 21M with respect to the wire frame X is shifted upward. As a result, the wire frame X is fixed onto the tray portion 1 in an extremely stable manner. Further, in the lid part 11, an insulating elastic body 14 is provided on the upper surface of the earthen wall part 11a and a long presser member 13.13 is vertically provided on the lower surface of the earthen wall part 11a along the side wall 11b. As shown in FIG. 6, the vertical height of each holding member 13 is determined by indirectly compressing the support springs 5 when the lid portion 11 is closed, and using the resulting elasticity to fix each wire frame Y. It has a size that allows it to be clamped and pressed onto the support base 4 at a position spaced apart from the shaped wire frame X.

Further, a locking protrusion 15 is provided on the side wall surface of the lid part 11,
By engaging the locking ring 7a of the locking device 7 when closing the lid, the lid portion 11 is locked and fixed onto the saucer portion 1.

Next, when the lid part 11 is closed, the fixing claws 21 of each fixing device 12 come into contact with the bent part of the wire frame X, and as described above, the wire frame X is firmly fixed on the saucer part 1. At the same time, each holding member 13 clamps and fixes each wire rod frame Y onto the support base 4. In this case, both ends of the wire frame X portion and each wire frame Y protrude from the outer surface of the toothed frame 2 of the saucer portion 1, respectively.

Next, when the movable conductive support rod 35 moves downward and the conductive part 34 moves downward, the protruding part 36 comes into contact with the upper surface of the insulating elastic body 14, and then as shown in FIG. The entire wire tray device A is pushed down against the elasticity of the insulating elastic body 14 and the support spring 17, and the wire frame X portion is pressed against the electrode shoulders 31a, 31a. Furthermore, when the conductive part 34 is moved downward, each electrode chip 33 presses down the vicinity of the end of each wire rod Y against the elasticity of the support spring 7, and each wire rod frame Y is pushed down. The wire rods are pressed onto the wire rod frame X near their ends, and at the same time as this pressing, the abutting portions of each wire rod are electrically welded.

(1) Two toothed frames each having a plurality of V-shaped recessed grooves in the upper part in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction are arranged in parallel on the floor wall board with an appropriate distance between them. A saucer portion having an abutment that is vertically movably supported on the floor wall board through an elastic body at a position, and a device for closing the upper surface of the saucer portion, the V-shape of each of the toothed frames. A fixing device that presses and fixes the wire frame placed across the V-shaped grooves of each of the tooth-shaped frames onto the receiving plate, and a fixing device that presses and fixes the wire frame placed across the V-shaped grooves of each of the tooth-shaped frames on the support surface. A wire rod tray device is provided with a lid portion having a presser member for clamping and pressing on the wire rod tray device. The welding machine also includes a welding machine that holds the wire frame and each wire rod between the fixed electrode part and a protruding part that pushes out the wire rod tray device downward through an insulating material. A manufacturing apparatus for a wire rod structure, characterized in that a movable electrode part to be welded is provided in a position above the fixed electrode part so as to be movable up and down.
