Some insulated trolleys are multi-wire, that is, they are equipped with a plurality of parallel conductors, and these conductors are covered with an insulating cover leaving one side serving as the electrical supply surface. When connecting the insulating trolley to another insulating trolley, etc., it is necessary to remove a predetermined length of the end of the insulating cover to expose the conductor. Conventionally, when removing the end portion of the insulating cover of a multi-wire insulating trolley, the end portion was cut or scraped little by little using a saw, drill, or the like. However, such a method has the problem that it takes a long time to work and has poor workability. Further, since the conductor is damaged, there is also a problem that the quality, performance, etc. of the insulated trolley are deteriorated.
