    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 寝たきり老人等常時おしめを必要とする重症者のおしめ
    の交換を容易に行うため、第１図のおしめ交換補助具を
    、１の両脚部が患者の腰部をまた′ぐように置き、患者
    の両足の膝関筋の下を、２のバンドをくぐらせて手前に
    引き出し、バンドにある３のバンド止め穴を、４のバン
    ド止め金に嵌めパッドのほぼ中心を、５の横架の中心に
    ある６のバンド支え爪に掛け、７の把手を持ち上げるよ
    うに起こすことによって、両足及ひてん部を吊り上げ、
    ８の把手支え棒を９の把手支え棒止め金に固定し、おし
    めの交換を行うことを特徴としたおしめ交換補助具。
