吊下った一次ハンガー2に設けた従動車8の側面位置に
回転手段の原動車9を臨ませ、該原動車9は垂直の原動
軸10、伝達ギヤー11を介し、スライドフレーム4の
上面に備えた回転手段となる90°回転用ハイローター
12を設置し、更に、スライドフレーム4の他側部に前
記原動車9と共に従動車8を挟持するための押え手段と
なる押え車13を設け、該押え車13の基端には押え車
シリンダー14を配し、これ等全体として被塗物回転装

用でき、既設のコンベアラインを変えることなく、トロ
リーコンベアの回転装置を得る。又、このハンガーと回
転装置は一体となって移動するので、駆動が確実に行わ
れ、揺れが少ない。しかも、回転の指令信号により一体
に移動しているときは、どの位置でも何時でも回転させ
ることが可能となり、且つその回転数も任意である。例
えば、被塗物の形状によって塗装に時間がかかる面と、
かからない面があるため、任意に回転できることは、作
業者又はロボットが被塗物の回転を待つ時間が省け、所
謂ロス時間を無くすことができる等の効果を有する。
