該鋼板を濃厚なアルカリIndustrial Application Fields In recent years, galvanized alloy steel sheets for painted steel sheets containing 4 to 5 aluminum have been developed for the purpose of improving the corrosion resistance of painted steel sheets. The present invention relates to an aluminum-containing galvanized alloy steel sheet whose surface is treated with zinc phosphate. Conventional technology: Conventionally, zinc phosphate treatment is applied to painted steel sheets. It had not been considered to pre-treat steel plates with a solution containing nickel, cobalt, manganese, iron, etc. However, when the above-mentioned new material containing 4 to 5 parts of aluminum is directly subjected to zinc phosphate treatment, there is a problem in that aluminum and zinc are eluted into the bath and aluminum ions and zinc ions are accumulated in the conversion bath. In other words, A1 in the solution of the chemical bath
If +3 accumulates at about 700 ppm or more, the chemical conversion reaction will be inhibited and the physical properties of the film will deteriorate. Therefore, should you discard the bath regularly? It is uneconomical because the chemical conversion treatment is carried out while keeping the sialuminium at 700 ppm or less due to overflow. Previously, there were few aluminum-rich materials, so the problem did not become apparent. However, since this problem arose, attempts have been made to make some improvements. For example, the invention described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-45833 discloses that zinc or zinc-containing metals are combined into Fe, Ni, Oo, 'Or,
Sb, i'i, Mn and glycine as a chelating agent,
Pretreatment is performed with a liquid containing one or more substances selected from the group of tartaric acid, sodium hexahydroxyheptonate, disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, citric acid, trisodium nitrilotriacetate, and malic acid. . However, this method processes under conditions of pH 0.4 to 11, and although this method improves paint adhesion and corrosion resistance, it suppresses the accumulation of aluminum in the zinc phosphate bath and extends the bath life. It was not possible to solve the problem. Technical Background When zinc phosphate treatment is applied to galvanized alloy steel sheets, the known acidic zinc phosphate conversion bath is usually used to provide a conversion coating with good adhesion and corrosion resistance, usually at a rate of about 1 f/lt?
The required amount is approximately 0.5f/rr? etching); will be required. When a copper plate containing 5 parts by weight of aluminum was chemically treated with a known acidic zinc phosphate, it was found that about 50 parts of the 0.4M, ♀ etching were aluminum. This fact means that aluminum is unevenly deposited on the surface of the steel sheet, and the analysis of Augerl et al. also proves this. If the aluminum content is 700 ppm or more in the heating bath, the coating 1lFi will decrease and a coating with good adhesion and corrosion resistance will not be formed. The steel plate is heated with concentrated alkali.

的である。When cleaning with [for example, spraying with 2% caustic soda solution at 50°C for 10 seconds], only aluminum is selectively removed at 0.2f/vr? I found out that it can be etched. (pH=12 or higher is required) Alkaline cleaning alone can reduce the aluminum load in the chemical conversion bath, but the film formed afterwards has coarse crystals and is not necessarily satisfactory as a base for painting. In order to densify the coating, it is known to wash with titanium colloid prior to phosphating.・Only 1 L Alkali with pH=12 or higher has no effect. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems and to economically provide a dense chemical conversion coating. Components of the Invention The inventor of the present invention uses nickel, cobalt, manganese, iron and a chelating agent to dissolve these metals in an alkali environment.
The present invention was completed by discovering that there is a surface adjustment effect even when H=12 or more. That is, in the present invention, a galvanized alloy steel sheet containing 2 to 10 aluminum is pretreated with (1) one or more nitrates selected from nickel nitrate, cobalt nitrate, manganese nitrate, and iron nitrate. ■ Treat with an alkaline solution containing gluconate or hexahydroxyheptonate with a pH of 12 or higher. This is a chemical conversion treated galvanized alloy intermediate plate, which is characterized in that it was then treated with a solution containing zinc phosphate. According to the present invention, before the steel plate is treated with zinc phosphate, a thin film of nickel, cobalt, manganese, iron, etc. is formed on the surface of the steel plate by cleaning it with an alkaline solution containing heavy metals as described above. It becomes more layered. A phosphoric acid film is then formed as a second layer by the subsequent zinc phosphate treatment. To describe the effects of the substances used in the present invention in more detail, p
The caustic soda used to form an alkaline solution of H12 or higher selectively dissolves and removes aluminum from the surface of the steel sheet. When spraying 2% caustic soda at 50℃ for 10 seconds, it is 0.2f/W? Etched, 99% of which is aluminum. It is estimated that it has a surface conditioning effect on nickel, cobalt, manganese, iron tt subtinum plated alloy steel sheets. The nitrate ions etch the zinc part of the steel sheet and give it a suitable surface roughness. Nitrate of nickel, cobalt, manganese and iron can be used alone or in r/'i of 2 or more types in total from 50 to

Even if it exceeds Oppm, no increase in effect can be expected. Hexahydroxyheptonate and gluconate retain metal ions and prevent sludge formation by creating chelates of molten aluminum. Hexahydroxyheptonic acid and gluconic acid can be used as sodium or potassium salts. Preferably, these substances are present in the range of 200 to 10.000 ppm. When the concentration of the above chelating agent is less than 200 ppm, the desired effect cannot be obtained;
Even if it exceeds m, no increase in effect can be expected. The treatment method may be spray or dipping treatment, and the treatment is performed at room temperature to 90°C, preferably 50 to 70°C for 2 seconds to
Treatment for 1 minute, preferably 3 to 10 seconds is effective. EXAMPLES In order to make the present invention easier to understand, examples are shown below, but the following examples are not intended to limit the present invention. An adhesion test was conducted after baking at 0°C for 90 seconds. In the adhesion test, two sheets of the same thickness are sandwiched together and folded at 180 degrees (2T fold-up), and the peeling state of the paint on the bent surface after the tape is removed is observed. The test results are shown in Table-2. m+* or more Exceeding 60% - Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, as shown in Table 2, the adhesion of the coating film formed by coating on a steel plate is improved. Furthermore, since aluminum does not accumulate in the treatment bath, the bath life is extended and it is economical.
