The present invention relates to a fluoride-containing oral composition containing Katsupa carrageenan and an alkali metal alginate as a binder. Conventionally, carboxymethylcellulose, carrageenan, sodium alginate, etc. have been known as binders used in the production of toothpaste compositions.Generally, carboxymethylcellulose is widely used, but sodium monofluorophosphate etc. When fluoride is added, the use of carboxymethylcellulose as a binder causes liquid separation, and also causes problems such as roughening and roughness of the toothpaste, impairing its smooth appearance, and lowering storage stability. For this reason, it has been proposed to use carrageenan, particularly katsupa carrageenan and iota carrageenan, in combination as a binder for toothpaste compositions containing sodium monofluorophosphate (Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 54-111).
-11243), the storage stability of the toothpaste composition decreases when stored for a long period of about 6 months,
In particular, problems arise in terms of liquid separation and rough skin. In view of the above circumstances, the present inventors conducted intensive research on oral compositions containing fluoride that are stable even during long-term storage, and found that Katsupa is used as a binder.
The weight ratio of carrageenan and alginate alkali metal salt such as sodium alginate is 2:8 to 5:
When used together at a ratio of 5, the stability of the fluoride-containing oral composition is improved, liquid separation is less likely to occur even when stored for a long period of about 6 months, and the smoothness of the skin is maintained. In addition, although the use of alkali metal alginate alone results in poor foaming properties and poor feel on use, by using katsupa carrageenan in combination with alkali metal alginate, the poor feel on use of alkali metal alginate can be improved. ,
Therefore, we found that it is possible to obtain an oral composition that has good storage stability and good feeling when used,
This has led to the present invention. The present invention will be explained in detail below. In the present invention, fluoride is blended into oral compositions such as toothpaste and oral gel, and katsupa carrageenan and alginate alkali metal salt such as sodium alginate are mixed as a binder in a ratio of 2:8 to 5:5. By using Katsupa carrageenan and alginate alkali metal salt together in the above ratio by weight, the stability over time of the fluoride-containing oral composition is improved, and the feeling of use is improved. It was possible to make it good. In this case, the fluorides used in the present invention include alkali metal monofluorophosphates such as sodium monofluorophosphate, sodium fluoride, potassium fluoride, stannous fluoride, stannous fluoride chloride, and hexafluorozirconic acid. One or more of inorganic fluorides such as potassium, hexylamine hydrofluoride, and other organic fluorides can be used. The blending amount of these fluorides varies depending on the purpose of use and is not necessarily limited, but in the case of a dentifrice composition, the blending amount is preferably about 1000 ppm or less as fluorine. Further, in the present invention, the ratio of the combination of katsupa carrageenan and alginate alkali metal salt such as sodium alginate needs to be 2:8 to 5:5 in terms of weight ratio. If the ratio of Katsupa carrageenan is lower than this (large amount of alginate alkali metal salt), foaming properties such as foaming speed, foaming amount, and foam stickiness will decrease, and the feeling of use will decrease, as well as shape retention etc. This causes problems with storage stability. On the contrary, Katsupa
When the ratio of carrageenan is more than the above range, problems with storage stability such as liquid separation are likely to occur. On the other hand, by setting the combination ratio of Katsupa carrageenan and alginate alkali metal salt to 2:8 to 5:5, oral use with excellent usability and storage stability is achieved, as shown in the experimental examples below. A composition is obtained. In addition, the total amount of katsupa carrageenan and alginate alkali metal salt should be determined based on the total amount of the oral composition.
It is preferable to set it as 0.3-5% (weight%, the same below). Note that the Katsupa carrageenan used in the present invention is Eucheuma cotta
Galactan is a galactan with alternating α-(1-3) and β-(1-4) bonds isolated from plants such as Cottonii), and the galactose residue bonded at the 3-position is D-
Galactose-4-sulfate, which is bound at the 4-position is 3,6-anhydro-D-galactose. In the present invention, other binders may be blended in addition to Katsupa carrageenan and alginate alkali metal salt, and in particular, the total amount of Katsupa carrageenan and alginate alkali metal salt in the oral composition ranges from 0.3 to If it is in the range of 5%, other binders,
For example, iota carrageenan, lambda carrageenan, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, xanthan gum, etc. can be blended up to about 40% of the total amount of binder. In the present invention, fluoride is blended as an active ingredient, and katsupa carrageenan and alginate alkali metal salt are used together as a binder in a specific ratio, but in the present invention, dextranase is further blended as an active ingredient. , enzymes such as amylase, protease, mutanase, lysozyme, and litequeenzyme, stannous compounds, chlorhexidine salts, epsilon aminocaproic acid, tranexamic acid, aluminum chlorohydroxylalantoin, dihydrocholesterol, glycyrrhizin salts, sodium chloride, water-soluble inorganic phosphoric acid One or more compounds may be blended. In particular, when using an alkali metal monofluorophosphate such as sodium monofluorophosphate as the fluoride, adding dextranase will further enhance the caries prevention effect and stabilize the dextranase. You can also measure it. In addition, water-soluble inorganic phosphoric acid compounds include potassium salts or sodium salts of orthophosphoric acid, pyrophosphoric acid, and polyphosphoric acid;
Potassium salts are preferred. As other components of the oral composition according to the present invention, commonly used components may be blended depending on the type thereof. For example, in the case of toothpaste, abrasives include aluminum oxide compounds, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate and anhydride, silica, aluminosilicate, calcium carbonate, calcium pyrophosphate, aluminum silicate, insoluble sodium metaphosphate, One or two of magnesium triphosphate, magnesium carbonate, calcium sulfate, synthetic resin, etc.
More than one species can be blended in an amount of usually 20 to 60% of the total amount. In the present invention, from the viewpoint of stabilizing fluoride and stabilizing toothpaste, it is preferable to use an aluminum oxide compound as the main abrasive. Examples of aluminum oxide compounds include aluminum oxide (alumina, Al 2 O 3 ) and hydrated aluminum oxide (alumina hydrate, Al 2 O 3 .
nH2O ) is used. Here, alumina has α, γ, δ, η,
Various aluminas such as θ, κ, χ, ρ, and β are known, but α alumina is particularly desirable because of its good stability. Further, as the alumina hydrate, gypsite, bayerite (both Al 2 O 3 .3H 2 O), etc. can be used. Among these aluminum oxide compounds, alumina hydrate is preferable from the viewpoint of polishability, tooth abrasion resistance, etc., and in particular, trihydrate represented by Al 2 O 3 .3H 2 O [or Al(OH) 3 ] (aluminum oxide trihydrate) is excellent as a mild abrasive. As the alumina trihydrate, it is preferable to use gypsite from the viewpoint of industrial supplyability. In this case, the aluminum oxide compound mentioned above is one of the

One or more of propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, xyrite, maltite, lactite, etc. may be blended (compounding amount usually 10 to 70%), and sodium lauryl sulfate, lauroyl sarcolate, etc. nate, α-olefin sulfonate, taurate,
Lauryl monoglyceride sulfate, lauryl monoglyceride sulfonate, anion activator for soaps, lauric acid diethanolamide,

One or more surfactants such as nonionic surfactants such as polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, amphoteric surfactants such as betaine type and amino acid type (compounding amount usually 0.5 to 7%), peppermint, spearmint, etc. Fragrances, sweeteners such as saccharin sodium, stevioside, neohesperidylyl dihydrochalcone, thaumatin, glycyrrhizin, perillartine, preservatives such as parabens, gelatin, peptone, and other appropriate ingredients can be blended, and these ingredients are mixed with water. It can be manufactured by combining. The toothpaste composition thus obtained is housed in a predetermined container such as an aluminum tube, a laminate tube in which both sides of aluminum foil are laminated with plastic, a plastic tube, a bottle-shaped container, an aerosol container, etc. put into use. Next, an experimental example will be shown. [Experimental Example] A toothpaste composition having the following formulation was prepared using the binder shown in Table 1.
