Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

In a hold circuit that disconnects a telephone line from the call circuit and connects it to a hold termination circuit in response to a hold button operation during a call, a hold relay forming the termination circuit; a non-locking type hold switch that switches the hold relay from the telephone line to the hold relay; and a hold relay that forms a self-holding route for the hold relay in the termination circuit in response to operation of the hold relay by power from the telephone line. A holding circuit comprising: a transfer contact; and a holding release switch that disables a self-holding route of the termination circuit.
