産業上の利用分野
本発明は電子機器の操作パネル部に用いるフラットパネ

このスペーサ4の開孔3に球面状に形成された弾性金属
板よりなるダイヤフラム6を配置し、この上に弾性を有
するフィルム6を被せ、その上に、ケース7の孔部8に
保持されるボタン部9を配置し、上記ケース7の上面に
表示板10を配置した構成となっておシ、この構成で第
4図に示す様に、指先で表示板1oの表示部分を押すこ
とによシボタン部9を下動させ、ダイヤプラム6をたわ
ませて接点1間を導通させてスイッチの切換えを行なっ
ていた。又、第6図に示す様な構造のものもあシ、基本
的に上記に示す動作となっていた。すなわち導電パター
ンを有する絶縁基板2上に、開孔3を有するスペーサ4
を配置し、このスペーサ4の開孔3に球面状に形成され
た弾性金属板よりなるダイヤプラム6を配置し、この上
に弾性を有するクイルムロを被せ、その上に、表示板1

実施例

部を設けたボタン部17を配置し、上記薄板14の上面
に表示板18を配置して構成され、第2図に示す様に指
先で表示板18を介してボタン部17を押し、このボタ
ン部17の薄肉部により中央部の突起部をたわませ下動
することによりフィルム16、ダイヤフラム15をたわ
ませて接点11間を導通させ、スイッチの切換えを行な
うように動作するものである。指先による押圧力を解除
すると、ダイヤフラム15、フィルム16、ボタン部1

以上の様に本発明によれば、打ち抜き加工による薄板と
薄肉部を設けた弾性体の中央部に突起部を設けたボタン
構造にすることによシ、成形部品はボタン部のみとなる
ことから金型費用、部品のコストダウンが容易に行える
ばかやでなく、ボタン部の下にダイヤフラムを格納でき
ることより薄形化が行えるとともに、ボタン部がなく表
示板でダイヤフラム接点を直接操作する際に発生するダ
イヤフラムの変形等がなく、特異な操作方法においても
ダイヤフラムに異常な力が加わらないばかりでなく、安
定しt導通をさせ、スイッチの切換えを行うことが可能
