Claims (1)
タコアの外周に巻装されるソレノイドコイルと、前記ス
テータコアに対向配置され、この対向方向に穿設された
貫通孔を有するムービングコアと、前記貫通孔には一端
側より挿入され前記ムービングコアを摺動自在に支持す
るシャフトと、このシャフトの他端側を固定支持し、作
動流体を導入するための導入孔及び作動流体を導出する
ための導出孔を有するハウジングと、前記シャフト内部
に穿設され一開口端が前記導入孔に連通し他開口端が前
記導出孔に連通ずる連通路とを備え、前記ムービングコ
アが前記シャフト上を摺動移動することによって、前記
連通路の一関口端もしくは他開口端の開口面積を増減さ
