る。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for repairing a damaged roof tile, in which a cut groove 3 opening at the edge of the hanger 2 is formed in a hanger 2 placed on the upper surface of a lower tile 1. When repairing the tile 1 on a roof where the nail 4 is inserted into the groove 3 and fixed to the roof base material 5 through the tile 1, and the upper tile 1 is hooked to the claw part 6 at the lower end of the hanger 2. , Open and stretch the claw part 6 of the hanger 2 nailed to the upper surface of the damaged tile 1a, and hit the broken tile 1a to break it apart leaving the nail 4 and the hanger 2, and install it on the hanger 2. Remove the hanger 2 from the nail 4 along the cut groove 3, drill a nail hole 8 with a diameter larger than the head 7 of the nail 4 in the new tile 1b, and then leave the nail hole 8 in the new tile 1b. 4 from above, fill the gap between the nail hole 8 and the nail 4 with caulking material 9, insert the cut groove 3 of the hanger 2 between the head 7 of the nail 4 and the surface of the new tile 1b, and hang it. This method relates to a method for repairing a damaged roof tile, which is characterized in that the hanger 2 is attached, and then the claw portion 6 of the hanger 2 is bent to hold the lower end of the upper roof tile 1.

In other words, in Fig. 1a, the claw part 6 of the hanger 2 fixed to the upper part of the lower tile 1 is raised, and a crack 10 occurs in the mountain part near the hanger 2 of the broken tile 1a (Fig. 1a). The hatched part is punched out, and from this punched part 11 the first
As shown in Figure 1b, insert the nail puller 12 diagonally to push out the ring nail hidden at the bottom of the hanger 2 to fix the hanger 2, then lift up part A in Figure 1b a little to remove the damaged tile. Pull out tile 1a diagonally to the left, then tidy up the remaining edge of tile 1, apply caulk to the base of the ring nail that was pushed out, and then insert new tile 1b into the opening as shown in Figure 1c. Insert it from the vicinity and completely return it to its original state (at this time, let the hanger 2 that was fixed to the lower tile 1 of the new tile 1b rest as shown in Figure 1 c), and then insert it as shown in Figure 1 d. Place the hanger 2 in the position of 14 as shown.
Repairs were completed by fixing with ring nails 13 through the nails, and then applying caulking 15 to the nail heads. However, with this conventional method, it is necessary to cut the nails that secure the existing hangers, which is time-consuming, and the heads of newly driven nails (ring nails) are exposed on the surface, making them unsightly and having poor waterproof properties. Furthermore, since the new nails are to be driven in the same position as the existing nails, the existing nails become a hindrance to the construction work.

Reference numeral 2 in the figure is a hanger, and a bendable claw portion 6 protrudes upward from the front end of a plate-shaped portion 16 to support the front end of the tile 2. A cut groove 3 that opens on the side edge or upper edge of the plate-shaped portion 16 is provided, and the groove width of the cut groove 3 is larger than the body of the nail 4 and smaller than the diameter of the nail head. Further, the nail 4 is located at the back of the cut groove 3, and serves as a nail fixing portion 17 for preventing the plate-like portion 16 from moving forward with respect to the nail 4. Tile roofing is done by fixing tiles 1 using these hangers 2. That is, the hanger 2 is placed on the upper surface of the lower tile 1, and the nail 4 is inserted and hammered from the nail fixing part 15 deep in the cut groove 3, so that the hanger 2 is attached to the roof base material 5 through the tile 1. The upper tiles 1 are fixed to the claws 6, and the roof tiles 1 are successively covered in the same manner to form a roof. However, on a roof covered in this way, the tile 1
To repair it, proceed as follows. In other words, when there is a damaged tile 1a as shown in Figure 2a, first open and extend the claw part 6 of the hanger 2 nailed to the upper part of the surface of the damaged tile 1a as shown in Figure 2b, and then remove the damaged tile 1a. Hammer the peaks of the corrugated tiles 1a to break them and remove them, leaving the nails 4 and hangers 2 behind.Next, move the hangers 2 as shown in Figure 6 and insert the nails 4 along the cut grooves 3. Remove the hanger 2 from the hanger and make it look like Fig. 2c. For the new tile 1b, use the existing nail hole 8a, widen it with a drill, and nail 4.
A nail hole 8 (indicated by the dotted line in FIG. 7) larger than the head 7 of the nail is drilled. Here, the size of the nail hole 8 expanded with a drill is, for example, about 12 mm. With the upper tile 1 slightly lifted, insert the nail hole 8 of the new tile 1 into the placed nail 4 as shown in Figure 2d. then the second
As shown in Figure e, fill the gap between the nail hole 8 and the nail 4 with caulking material 9, then add the head 7 of the nail 4 and the new tile 1.
By inserting the hanger 2 between the surface of the cut groove 3 and the surface of the nail 4, and positioning the nail fixing part 17 at the back of the cut groove 3 on the body of the nail 4 using the cut groove 3, Install it as shown. Next, bend the claw part 6 of the hanger 2 and hold the front end of the upper tile 1 as shown in Figure 2g, and bend the claw part 8 of the hanger 2 fixed to the upper part of the lower tier of the new tile 1b in the same way. The front end of the new tile 1b is held by bending it, and the repair is completed.

が低下しないという利点がある。 As described above, in the present invention, the nails of the hanger nailed to the upper part of the surface of the damaged tile are opened and stretched, and the broken tile is struck and split leaving the nails and hangers, and the hanger is made into a hanger. Remove the hanger from the nail along the cut groove you made, drill a nail hole in the new tile with a diameter larger than the head of the nail, then insert the nail hole in the new tile into the remaining nail from above, and insert the nail into the new tile. Fill the gap between the hole and the nail with caulking material, insert the cut groove of the hanger between the head of the nail and the surface of the new tile to attach the hanger, then bend the hook of the hanger and attach it to the upper layer. Since the bottom edge of the tile is held, it is possible to replace a damaged tile with a new tile without destroying the existing nails or hangers, and the new tile can be fixed using the existing nails or hangers. There is an advantage that the head of the nail at the repaired location is not exposed to the outside after the repair is completed, so the appearance is not damaged, and the waterproof performance does not deteriorate.
