Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the needs for chipping operation by projecting one end of a reinforcement material to be buried in a concrete pile as the connecting part to be connected with the footing from the upper end of the pile in forming the concrete pile. CONSTITUTION:One end of a reinforcement material 4 to be buried in a concrete pile 1 as a connecting part 4a to be connected with the footing is projected from the upper end of the pile 1 in forming the pile 1. The connecting part 4a of the pile 1 is inserted into the space formed by the inner and outer cylinders 7 and 8 of a cap 6 for settlement and the cap 6 is put on the upper end of the pile 1. A weight 14 for penetrating the pile 1 is connected to the cap 6 by a wire 16 coupled with the hook 12 of a weight-placing portion 9 fixed to the cap 6 for penetrating the pile 1.

Conventional technology The connection between a concrete pile and a 7-ticket part in a civil engineering structure is carried out by connecting the reinforcing bars of the foundation part to the reinforcing bars installed inside the concrete pile.
After setting a shaped concrete pile with reinforcing bars embedded in the concrete body, the upper concrete part is chipped off to expose the reinforcing bars from the upper end of the concrete pile, and this exposed part is used as the footing part. A method of connecting to reinforcing bars is used. Since the above-mentioned chiseling work is done manually, it requires a long working time, and in particular, since only a few high-strength concrete piles can be chipped at a time, the work cost increases and is uneconomical.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention aims to eliminate the need for hewing work after the concrete pile is sunk by making reinforcing bars protrude from the ends when building the concrete pile. In addition, we have proposed a cap for sinking the concrete pile of the present invention, which allows a weight for press-fitting the pile to be loaded onto the upper end of the concrete pile, thereby making it possible to sink the concrete pile efficiently.

In other words, the reinforcing bars (
A concrete pile characterized in that one end of 4) is made to protrude from the upper end of the concrete pile (1) at the time of modeling as a joint part (4a) to be joined to the footing part, and , a submergence cap (6) whose lower end (-1) is brought into contact with the upper end of the concrete pile (1), and a reinforcing bar (4) protruding from the upper end of the concrete pile (1). This is a sinking cap characterized in that a pile press-fitting weight placement 5 (9) is formed above the joint part (4al) and near the top thereof.

Since the joint part (4a) of the reinforcing bar (4) is shaped so as to protrude from the upper end of the working concrete pile (1), the concrete pile (1) is sunk and the joint part (4a) is connected to the footing. For example, it can be directly connected to the reinforcing material in the concrete section, eliminating the need for chipping of the concrete section.

As shown in Figure 2 (A) as a longitudinal front view and as shown in Figure 2 (mouth IK and arrow view), the cap for sinking (6) is shown as an example.
In this method, a hollow, substantially cylindrical cylinder (7) and an outer cylinder (8) are arranged concentrically, and an anti-press-fitting weight mounting part (9) formed of a thick plate is fixed at the upper end. The lower end Qol of the cap (6) is stepped, with the lower end of the cylinder (7) having a smaller diameter than the upper part, and the lower end of the outer cylinder (8) having a larger diameter than the upper part.
