Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of an auxiliary duct in an air-conditioning device mounted on the roof of a vehicle, by arranging such that a compressor is disposed in a casing at a vehicle-longitudinal center position of the casing, and passenger's compartment blowers are laid on both vehicle-longitudinal sides of the casing with blow-out ports being arranged in the vehicle longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 3 is disposed in a casing 1 at a vehicle- longitudinal center of the casing 1, and blowers 4, 4 are laid on both vehicle- longitudinal sides of the casing 1 and connected thereto with air distribution ducts 8. With this arrangement the passage of each air distribution duct 8 is prevented from being narrowed so that air may be uniformly distributed and the gravitational center of the duct 8 may be set at the center of the air- conditioning device so that the working ability of the air-conditioning device during slinging thereof, may be enhanced. Further, the air-conditioning device may be made to be in a centralized type, and therefore, it is possible to simply use the air-conditioning device for a pantogrough type vehicle.

[Technical Background and Problem 1 of the Invention Conventionally, a so-called centralized vehicle air conditioner installed approximately in the center of the roof of a vehicle in the longitudinal direction is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
As shown in the figure, a casing b is provided on the roof a of the vehicle,
In this casing b, a compressor 01, an indoor blower 61, an indoor heat exchanger @e, an outdoor blower r, etc. are installed, and the indoor blower d is connected to an air distribution duct q formed under the roof a along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. It was constructed by connecting the exits.

However, the arrangement of the equipment was asymmetrical in the vehicle length direction, with compressor C and indoor fan d placed at the front and rear of the vehicle, so it was decided to lift the air conditioner using lifting legs and install it on the roof of the vehicle. In this case, the center of gravity is shifted from the center of the air conditioner, making it difficult to set the position W1 of the lifting legs, resulting in poor operability during lifting.

In addition, since the bottom j of the compressor chamber i that houses the compressor C protrudes from the bottom k of the casing b and into the air distribution duct g, the air blown from the indoor blower d can be uniformly distributed in the vehicle length direction. It was difficult to distribute the wind.

As shown in Fig. 7, this is a so-called semi-intensive type vehicle in which an air conditioner is installed at both ends in the vehicle length direction on the roof a, and an indoor fan d is connected to the air distribution duct 9 with its outlet facing each other. Air conditioners do not have many of the problems mentioned above, but it is difficult to use them in pantograph cars where the pantograph is located at the end of the car, and it is difficult to use air conditioners to distribute air from the bottom of each air conditioner. There are problems such as the need for an auxiliary duct m due to the difficulty.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and has good operability during lifting, can uniformly distribute air in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and can reduce noise. To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle that does not require an air conditioner and can be easily adopted in a pantograph vehicle.

[Summary of the Invention] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a compressor in the central part of the casing in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle in a so-called central vehicle air conditioner, and compressors that are adjacent to both sides of the compressor in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. In addition to installing an indoor blower to make the equipment arrangement symmetrical in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the outlet of the indoor blower is connected to the air distribution duct facing the front and rear of the vehicle in the longitudinal direction, reducing noise and improving air distribution performance. This is an attempt to improve the performance.

The indoor blower 4 has a characteristic that one unit has half the total circulating air volume in the vehicle, and consists of a centrifugal fan 7 attached to each rotating shaft on both sides of a motor 6, and the motor 6 is located at the center in the width direction of the vehicle.
Centrifugal fans 7 are disposed on both sides of the vehicle in the vehicle width direction. Further, each blowout lower a of the centrifugal fan 7 penetrates the bottom portion 1a of the casing 1,
It is formed facing forward and backward in the vehicle length direction, and is connected to a wind distribution duct 8, which will be described later.

The roof 2 of the vehicle is formed by an outer panel 2a and an inner panel 2b, and each centrifugal fan 4 is provided between the outer panel 2a and the inner panel 2b.
Air distribution ducts 8 are attached to the front and back of the vehicle along the vehicle length direction, and the blowout lower a is connected to the inlets of these air distribution ducts 8 via flexible ducts 9, respectively. A sound absorbing material 10 is attached around the flexible duct 9, the lower surface of the compressor room 5, etc., and the inner plate 2b of the roof 2
A frontage 11 for attaching the sound absorbing material 10 is formed in the opening 11, and an access hatch 12 covering the opening 11 is detachably attached.

The vehicle air conditioner configured as described above has indoor air blowers [4] disposed at the front and back in the vehicle length direction, sandwiching the compressor 3 located at the center in the vehicle length direction, and each blowout lower a is directed toward the vehicle end ( Since the air distribution duct 8 is connected to the air distribution duct 8 so as to face the vehicle (front and rear in the vehicle length direction), the flow path of the air distribution duct 8 is not narrowed by the bottom 5a of the compressor chamber 5, and is uniformly distributed in the vehicle length direction. Air can be distributed to In addition, since the Suita lower a of the indoor blower 4 faces towards the end of the car so that the blowing air flows smoothly into the air distribution duct 8, unlike conventional devices where the Suita air directly hits the guide plate etc., vibrations and noise are generated. Less is. Moreover, since two indoor blowers 4 are used, the area of the air outlet is increased, and it is also possible to reduce noise by reducing the wind speed at the air outlet. Furthermore, since the sound absorbing material 10 can be installed directly under the compressor room 5, which is the source of noise, and at the outlet of the indoor blower 4, it absorbs the sound that would have been diffused within the air distribution duct system in conventional devices. Can be sound insulated.

On the other hand, since the indoor blower 4 and other equipment are arranged symmetrically in the vehicle length and width directions with the compressor 3 at the center, the center of gravity is located at the center of the air conditioner, making it easy to set the position of the lifting legs. Good operability during lifting.

Since it is a centralized air conditioner, it can be easily adopted in pantograph vehicles, and the bottom 5a of the compressor room 5 can be lowered sufficiently regardless of the air distribution duct 8.
It can also be easily adopted for subway cars that have strict limits such as vehicle height.
