However, although aluminum containers have an extremely beautiful appearance for a certain period of time after being manufactured, their surfaces are easily contaminated, and when used as maritime containers, they are easily eroded by seawater. There is a problem that the metallic luster is lost, and there are also other problems such as characters drawn on the surface easily falling off. Therefore, when such a problem occurs, the surface of the aluminum plate is regenerated to its original metallic luster by chemical or physical means, and the letters, etc. are repainted. The regeneration method had various drawbacks. That is, one regeneration method is to etch a contaminated or corroded aluminum surface with an alkali or acid. However, according to this method, etching with caustic soda, for example, has an extremely slow etching speed and does not give the surface a metallic luster. Furthermore, if a sulfuric acid-phosphoric acid mixture is used, etching is almost impossible at room temperature. Another regeneration method is to polish the surface, but such physical means requires labor and is inefficient.

Another method of restoring the aesthetic appearance of aluminum containers with contaminated or corroded surfaces is to coat the entire surface with silver powder.
If such a method is used, the aluminum will no longer have the metallic luster inherent to aluminum.

In view of the above-mentioned points, the inventor of the present invention has conducted various studies in order to find a means of regenerating an aluminum plate whose surface has been contaminated or corroded into one having a gloss close to that of the original aluminum in an efficient manner. With a mixture of hydrogen acid and two specific acids,
It has been found that aluminum plates whose surfaces are contaminated or corroded can be effectively cleaned. Furthermore, it has been found that when paint is applied to the surface of an aluminum plate that has been cleaned with the above-mentioned mixed solution, or when letters or the like are drawn, it is difficult to remove the paint.

It is believed that the hydrofluoric acid in the cleaning agent of the present invention acts on contaminants or corroded parts adhering to the surface of the aluminum plate, liberating them and exposing the clean aluminum metal surface.
It is also believed that sulfuric acid dissolves the above-mentioned contaminants and the like, aids in the penetration of the above-mentioned ions, and also contributes to the dissolution of resin coatings such as characters scratched on the surface. Furthermore, this sulfuric acid has the function of suppressing the formation of a film such as aluminum fluoride on the exposed clean aluminum surface and giving the surface of the cleaned aluminum plate a metallic luster.

In addition, the phosphoric acid in the cleaning agent of the present invention further enhances the surface gloss of the aluminum plate, and also improves the adhesion between the paint film and the aluminum plate surface when letters, etc. are drawn on the surface of the cleaned aluminum plate. make it good. Note that the sulfuric acid described above also suppresses the formation of a phosphoric acid film due to the addition of phosphoric acid.

Furthermore, in addition to phosphoric acid, the cleaning agent of the present invention may contain a surfactant, preferably a water-soluble amine compound such as triethanolamine, a quaternary ammonium salt-based cationic surfactant, or a mixture of these and a nonionic surfactant. By adding , the metallic luster can be made mild.

Next, hydrofluoric acid in the cleaning agent of the present invention,
To explain the composition ratio of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, the molar ratio of hydrofluoric acid: sulfuric acid: phosphoric acid is 1: about 0.5.
~10:0.005~0.5, and is used after diluting with water if necessary. In the above composition, if the amount of hydrofluoric acid is too small, the cleaning effect will be reduced, and if it is in too much, it will attack the aluminum and roughen its surface. In addition, if the amount of sulfuric acid is too low, it will be difficult to remove the paint film, etc., and it will also be difficult to suppress the formation of a fluoride film and a phosphate film on the aluminum surface.
Whiten the surface. Thus, sulfuric acid also functions as a whiteness control agent for the cleaned aluminum surface. Further, if the amount of phosphoric acid is too small, the metallic luster cannot be sufficiently improved, and if the amount is too much, a white film will be excessively formed, which is not preferable. The amount of surfactant added to this is
About 0.2 to 2% (by weight) is sufficient. Then,
In order to clean (recycle) an aluminum plate whose surface has been contaminated or corroded with the cleaning agent of the present invention, after diluting it appropriately with water as necessary, use a brush, spray gun, etc. to directly clean the aluminum plate. As a result, the aluminum plate is easily cleaned to reveal a surface with metallic luster, and a corrosion-resistant film is formed on the surface, preventing subsequent surface corrosion or Contamination is prevented. Furthermore, when characters or the like are drawn on it, the corrosion-resistant film further improves the adhesion between the paint film and the aluminum surface, making it difficult for the paint film to come off.

As mentioned above, the cleaning agent of the present invention can efficiently clean aluminum plates whose surfaces are contaminated or corroded, so they can be used to clean aluminum plates that are expensive and always have a beautiful appearance, such as truck containers.
