Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistance and the heat resistance of the vane so as to prevent the damage of the device by providing a mounting base portion radially on a ring, and mechanically mounting a split type ceramic liner so that the mounting base is included thereby to constitute a vane body. CONSTITUTION:The diffuser vane body is composed of a ring as an ejecting port for ejecting gas, oil, pulverized coal and the like, and a plurality of diffuser vanes 2 provided n the outer peripheral surface of the ring 1 and revolving air. The vanes 2 are radially provided upright around the outer periphery of the ring 1 and have flat mounting bases 3 fixed to the outer tube. This mounting base 3 and the ring 1 are integrally formed of a metal having a heat resistance and a wear resistance. Split type ceramic liners 5 and 6 are mounted on the outer surface of the mounting base 3 via a clearance sheet 4 so that the ceramic liners 5 and 6 include the peripheral surface of the mounting base 3. Since the split type ceramic liners 5 and 6 are mechanically mounted on the outer peripheral part, the vanes 2 can evade any thermal strain and further can afford the heat resistance and wear resistance of the ceramic material itself.

This blade P is made of heat-resistant metal ring R in multiple stages, but since it is made of heat-resistant cast steel or heat-resistant steel, it is susceptible to hot abrasion and close distance from the flame of burner B. Due to the radiant heat, its lifespan is extremely short, 1 to 3 months.
