ラム11の振幅により弁体7aが弁座6に対して近接又
は離反する。また該ダイヤフラム11は、上記減圧弁部
カバーブロック10に螺刻されたネジ孔10aと弁軸7
方向に螺合されたスプリングリテーナ12との間に弾挿
したコイルスプリング13の弾性押圧力によりダイヤフ
ラム11を安定位置に復帰せしめ、弁体7aと弁座6と
