ないものであつた。 As shown in Figure 1, the conventional chain has a groove A on the top surface into which the electric wire is inserted, a synthetic rubber lining on the outer surface of the groove A, and a key groove in the center of the bottom surface that is approximately perpendicular to the groove A. A large number of needles with holes are connected endlessly, and these needles are connected by providing recessed cavities at both ends of the needles, and connecting one end to the pin of the adjacent needle with a pin passed across these recessed gaps. The other ends of two pivotally supported links were pivotally supported, a collar was placed on the pin between these two links, and adjacent shafts were twistably connected.
Then, fit these shafts into a cylindrical capstan (not shown), and fit the key grooves of the shaft into the keys provided at multiple intervals in the axial direction on the outer periphery of the capstan. The wire is wound from the side where it is placed, removed from the other side, and wrapped again through the bottom of the capstan.The wire is wound around the concave groove of the capstan, and as the capstan rotates, the wire wraps around the capstan's side. The wire is moved sideways by a guide installed in the wire, and the wire is fed out. Therefore, the chain is designed to slide from one side of the capstan to the other, come off the other side, pass through the lower part of the capstan, and wrap around the one side again, so that the adjacent chain can be twisted with respect to each other. At the same time, when sliding the outer periphery of the capstan along the key, or when removing it from the capstan and wrapping it around the capstan again, each switch is placed in a fixed position with the concave groove in which the electric wire is inserted facing up, so that the adjacent switches are Both ends of two parallel links must be pivotally supported on each pin provided at the end of the joint, and a collar must be placed around the outer periphery of the pin between the two links to restrict movement of the links in the axial direction of the pin. It was hot.

的としたものである。 This idea was devised with this in mind,
The wire insertion groove is extended to the recessed space at both ends of the shoe, and the bottom of the member forming the wire insertion groove is lowered and brought close to the pin that crosses the lower part of the recessed space, thereby providing a link in the axial direction of the pin. In addition to regulating the movement of the wire and eliminating the need for a collar, and creating a simple structure with a reduced number of parts, the wire insertion groove is lengthened to increase the contact area between the wire body such as the wire and the chain. By increasing the thickness of the lining coated on the wire to increase the frictional resistance between the wire and the chain, the contact angle increases, and the number of times the wire is wrapped around the chain reduces the back tension at least. The purpose of this is to provide you with the ability to do so.

A shoe main body consisting of a wire insertion groove plate 4 forming a wire insertion groove 3 formed between two side plates 2 from one side to the other side, and the shoe main body 1 is made of a rigid member such as metal. . 5 is a key groove provided in the center of the lower surface of the shoe main body 1 at a substantially right angle to the wire insertion groove 3; 6 is a lining made of synthetic rubber or the like coated over the entire upper surface of the wire insertion groove plate 4; 7 is the shoe main body 1; A gap 8 is formed at the lower part between the two side plates 2 at the front and rear ends of the pin 8.
The front and rear ends of the electric wire insertion groove plate 4 are located at the upper center of the
That is, the constant width bottom 4a of the wire insertion groove plate 4 located above the cavity 7 hangs down and is close to it. 9
Reference numeral 10 denotes a shoe having the above structure, and 10 indicates two links pivotally supported at the front and rear ends of each pin 8 extending across the gap 7 at the opposite end of the adjacent shoe 9. In this way, a large number of shoes 9 are connected endlessly.

接触角を大きくすることができる。 This device has the above-mentioned structure, and the link 10 that is pivotally supported on both sides of the pin 8 has the constant width bottom 4a of the wire insertion groove plate 4 located at the top of the cavity 7 hanging down close to the center top of the pin 8. Therefore, the movement of the pin 8 in the axial direction is restricted by the bottom portion 4a having a constant width and the side plate 2, and the bottom portion 4a plays the same role as a conventional collar. Therefore, a collar is not required, the number of parts is reduced accordingly, and the structure can be simplified. In addition, in this invention, as mentioned above, the cavity 7
By providing the wire insertion groove 3 up to the top and extending the wire insertion groove 3 all the way across the front and rear ends of the shoe 9, the wire insertion groove 3 is larger than the conventional one shown in FIG.
This increases the contact area between the wires such as electric wires and the shed chain, reduces the contact pressure per unit area between the lining 6 of the shoe 9 and the wires, and suppresses these damages. At the same time, the contact angle can be increased.

との関係は一般に次式で求められ、
TF/TB=e〓〓 TB=TF/e〓〓
θ=2πN ∴TB=TF/e〓2〓Nとなる。 In a track rolling car, the relationship between wire tension and back tension is generally determined by the following formula: T F /T B = e〓〓 T B = T F /e〓〓 θ=2πN ∴T B = T F /e〓 2 〓 N.

線条体との接触抵抗を大きくすることができる。 (However, T F is the wire tension, T B is the back tension, e is the base of the natural logarithm, μ is the friction coefficient between the wire rolling car and the wire, θ is the contact angle, and N is the number of windings.) Therefore, since the shoe 9 of this invention has a large contact area and a large frictional resistance as described above, the above equation shows that the number of times the filament is wound around the shoe chain can at least reduce the back tension. . In addition, in this invention, the bottom 4a of the wire insertion groove plate 4 is lowered to be closer to the pin 8, so the wire insertion groove 3 is lowered, and the height of the entire shoe 9 can be lowered. It becomes difficult to fall over when sliding, and the thickness of the lining 6 coated on the upper surface of the wire insertion groove plate 4 of the wire insertion groove 3 can be increased, thereby making it possible to take advantage of the characteristics of the elastic body of the lining 6.
The contact resistance with the striatum can be increased.

種々の効果を有するものである。 As described above, this invention lowers the member forming the wire insertion groove to the center of the pin 8 extending across the gap 7 provided at the opposite end of the adjacent shoes 9, and brings it close to the center, and the pin 8 on both sides of this member is pivoted. Link 10,
The axial movement of the pin 8 is restricted to create a simple structure that eliminates the need for a collar, and the length of the wire insertion groove is increased to increase the contact angle and the thickness of the lining is increased to improve contact. This has various effects such as increasing the resistance and reducing back tension at least by increasing the number of times the filament is wound around the chain.
