Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of manufacturing processes and to impart flexibility to cope with the alteration of a specification, by continuously forming hand molding parts to a hoop material and applying decoration treatment to the hoop material as it is and, thereafter, punching the decorated hoop material in a hand shape immediately before the assembling to clock movement. CONSTITUTION:A strip member 1 having a plurality of hand molding parts continuously formed thereto is prepared and decoration treatment such as painting or plating is applied to said strip member 1. Immediately before each of hands 1a is assembled in clock movement, said hands 1a are withdrawn from the hand molding parts of the strip member 1 by press or laser procesing and each of them is assembled in clock movement as it is. By this method, because the hands 1a are not divided, decoration treatment can be simply performed and handling becomes easy and the manner of coping with the aleration of a design can be performed rapidly.

When manufacturing needles using conventional manufacturing methods and processes, the needles are processed into the product shape before assembly, which can result in defective products because they cannot respond to sudden changes in design, or require painting or plating, etc. When assembling the watch, the hands are already individual pieces, which requires a lot of man-hours to handle.
The problem is that the price of the needle is high.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. 1st
The figure shows a needle member 1 made up of a plurality of pieces. Said member 1
Apply treatments such as painting or plating in this condition. During this process, since the parts 1 are continuous (not shown), they can be processed (processed) continuously, which can greatly reduce the number of man-hours. Figure 2 is similar to Figure 1. Where should I do the processing?
When assembling the dial 2fc on the movement 3, the member 1 is assembled into a product shape by pressing, processing with a laser, etc. (not shown). Because the parts 1 are connected in a row during assembly, they are easy to handle and can be assembled while being processed according to the design. This allows us to quickly respond to user requests and improve the needle manufacturing process. We can supply inexpensive watches according to the user's tastes without any delay.
