The problem is that the price of the needle is high.

きもThe present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. 1st
The figure shows a needle member 1 made up of a plurality of pieces. Said member 1
Apply treatments such as painting or plating in this condition. During this process, since the parts 1 are continuous (not shown), they can be processed (processed) continuously, which can greatly reduce the number of man-hours. Figure 2 is similar to Figure 1. Where should I do the processing?
When assembling the dial 2fc on the movement 3, the member 1 is assembled into a product shape by pressing, processing with a laser, etc. (not shown). Because the parts 1 are connected in a row during assembly, they are easy to handle and can be assembled while being processed according to the design. This allows us to quickly respond to user requests and improve the needle manufacturing process. We can supply inexpensive watches according to the user's tastes without any delay.

特徴とする時計針の成形組立方法。In molding and assembling watch hands, there is a process of mechanically or chemically forming a plurality of needle molding parts in a series in the hoop length direction on the hoop material, and a decorative treatment such as painting or plating is applied to the hand molding parts formed in a series. A method for molding and assembling watch hands, which is characterized in that after applying the molding, each hand molding part is individually extracted into a completed needle shape and assembled into a watch movement at the same time.
